Overall the villa was a pleasant place to be, the views of the bay and mt Vesuvius are quite stunning. However, our group of six all feel that the price was too high for the quality of the property.
The propery is well positioned if you prefer to be out of the hassle and bustle, 5 mins walk down the hill to st agnello.
We were frustrated to find no written information at all on the area, and had to make our first priority getting to a tourist info office.
Our agent was very obliging and helped us promptly each time we needed anything.

We found this property to be clean, well located, fairly priced and secure. At first, the neighborhood is a little off-putting, but once there, you become more comfortable. It seems quite safe to walk most hours of the day or night and is very quiet at night. We found the keyholder to be excellent, very friendly and quite helpful in locating places to eat, where to shop for groceries, etc. The apartment is on the ground floor with a basement bedroom available if more than two folks are in the party. However, there are few windows and those that are available are small and let in little natural light. For the two of us, it was just fine and we would go back again on another visit. The restaurants in the area (within 50 meters) are excellent and inexpensive with great wine. Also, the Taxi stand is only a block away so you can easily obtain a safe (?) ride to where you need to go.

eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista, a cominciare dall'accoglienza alla reception.Il posto è splendido, in mezzo al verde, con tanta tranquillità ed una vista sul paese di Sperlonga ed il mare. io e mia moglie siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e ne abbiamo parlato con entusiasmo agli amici e conoscenti. In genere ogni anno cambiamo posto per le vacanze, però ci siamo ripromessi di tornare, anche perché da Viterbo siamo abbastanza vicini. in ogni caso complimenti e arrivederci.

The place is beautiful, out in the green, very tranquil and with views of the village Sperlonga and the sea. My wife and I were very happy and we talked about it enthusiastically to friends and acquaintances.
