Het pand bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen met 3 volledig afzonderlijke appartementen, wat het ideaal maakt voor gasten die samen willen reizen maar hun eigen privéruimte wensen. Het terrein strekt zich uit over een natuurlijk landschap met bomen en velden, en de gedeelde tuin versterkt het gevoel van openheid en verbinding met de omringende plattelandsomgeving.
