"Enrica" is een charmant en onopgesmukt vakantiehuis voor 2 gezinnen in Marina di Mancaversa, in het zonnige Puglia. Het halfvrijstaande pand is verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen en ligt binnen een klein resort, slechts 100 meter van het centrum van Marina di Mancaversa. Een opvallend kenmerk is de uitzonderlijke nabijheid van de zee: het huis staat op slechts 30 meter van de waterkant en 30 meter van het strand, met directe toegang tot de kust.
