Het vakantiehuis "Cadellura" ligt in het rustige district Santa Firmina, op slechts 4 km van het centrum van Arezzo in Italië. Het huis biedt een rustig en vredig toevluchtsoord, terwijl het dicht genoeg bij de stad ligt om alle aantrekkingen van Arezzo en omgeving te bereiken. Het pand ligt op een omheind landgoed van 10.000 m², waar een terrasgewijze tuin met gazon, bomen en een boomgaard een weelderige en serene omgeving creëert.
Buitenruimtes
Het omheinde terrein van 10.000 m² omvat een fraai terrasgewijze tuin met grasvelden, volwassen bomen en een productieve boomgaard. Het niervormige zwembad meet 10 x 5 meter en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 september; rondom het zwembad bevindt zich een poolhouse met een koelkast, een buitendouche en comfortabel terrasmeubiliar. The 14th century, when this strip of land near Arezzo, which marked the border between the two Italies, the Lombard and the Byzantine, saw the construction of an imposing square building dominated by a mighty tower at about 570 metres above sea level.
La Torre di Vignale, with its distant military origins, still witnessed today by traces of battlements and a few embrasures, has been renovated, has regained the importance and charm of the past, standing out again majestically among dense forests of oak and chestnut trees and ready to welcome you, perfect for groups of families or friends who want a relaxing holiday in contact with nature.
The house is surrounded by a large and panoramic garden, full of flowers and equipped with a very special pergola, made in the old pigsty, with wooden table and benches and coloured cushions. Just 4 km away is also the Arezzo Equestrian Centre where internationally renowned equestrian events are held throughout the year.
The beautiful panoramic swimming pool (size 5x10 m, depth 0.90-1.80 m - open from 10 May to 30th September) was built on a large green terrace, just a few metres from the house. In the completely enclosed garden, your children can play freely in absolute tranquillity in the shade of the olive trees and century-old trees, while you, by the side of the pool, can enjoy the sun while admiring the fantastic panorama of the valley below. For the little ones' playtime there is also a playhouse in a tree.
At the back of the house you will have at your disposal, for dinners or lunches in the open air, a comfortable equipped area, wood-burning oven and barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals in company.

You will find La Casina del Bosco in an extremely panoramic position, nestled among silver olive trees in the beautiful, green Alpe di Catenaia. The little house is located not far from the mountain pass that joins the two valleys of Casentino and Valtiberina and will allow you easy day trips in both valleys, in search of monasteries and castles and small, ancient villages carved in stone and unknown to most people. The splendid view that you will see every morning from your windows overlooks the surrounding luxuriant woods, thickets of ancient chestnut and oak trees, where wildlife still reigns supreme. All this makes the place extremely peaceful and almost enchanted.
The house is reached by a small unpaved road (approx. 2 km), which we do not recommend taking with sports cars. About 8 km away is Subbiano, an industrious village with supermarkets, restaurants and shops of all kinds, whose origins can be traced back to Roman times. In the small village of Falciano, just 3 km away, there is a typical Tuscan restaurant where you can enjoy pasta, meat and traditional dishes that we are sure you will not easily forget.
18 km away is the ancient city of Arezzo, to which we recommend you dedicate at least one day, strolling through its paved alleys and beautiful squares.
The little house that you will rent is the result of a recent restoration, built with ancient local stone but above all a depository of very distant origins, it was in fact once used by shepherds who stopped there during the transhumance.

Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. It is located on a panoramic position, perched on a high hill, surrounded by olive groves and green woods of oak and holm-oak. The stone farmhouse and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, farmers and chestnut growers, the atmosphere alone will immediately take you back to those times.
The hamlet has been restored preserving its original features and using ancient materials such as terracotta, stone and old wooden beams. Even the furniture, functional and comfortable, has been chosen in respect of rural traditions.
Borgo di Usciano can be reached by an unpaved road through the woods of about 1.5 km, which is well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.
Only 2.5 km away is the village of Palazzo del Pero where you will find a couple of restaurants and some shops.
Only 9 km away is the city of Arezzo and its monuments, shops for shopping enthusiasts, supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of services. De Villa Sant'Angelo, met 8 slaapkamers, is omgeven door de betoverende Toscaanse heuvels.
Een prachtig landgoed in Toscane dat zijn bezoekers alle lokale schoonheden biedt, een landschap dat in de wereld bekend staat om de geschiedenis, de natuur en de gastronomische specialiteiten van deze prachtige plek.
Villa Sant'angelo is voorzien van alle comfort, met bijvoorbeeld een charmante open haard om de sfeer in de koudere seizoenen warm te maken, een mooi zwembad om urenlang plezier met vrienden en familie door te brengen, een grote tuin uitgerust met een barbecue die uw zomerse feesten. Het is een oud landhuis dat ooit toebehoorde aan de adellijke familie Conti Ghezzi, die hier graag hun vakantie doorbracht.
Onlangs gerestaureerd heeft het zijn oorspronkelijke charme weten te behouden dankzij de zeldzame afwerkingen: antieke houten balken, terracotta tegels, stenen open haarden in de grote kamers, keuze aan kleuren en de zeer grote verlichte omgeving.
Het meubilair is zorgvuldig gekozen, zowel functioneel als comfortabel, maar te onderscheiden door het elegante Toscaanse meubilair in klassieke stijl dat tegenwoordig in de meeste huizen te vinden is.

Ter beschikking van de gasten:
De villa is volledig omheind door een hek en heeft een eigen ingang en geniet volledige privacy. Een grote tuin omringt het huis en hier is er een privé zwembad (16m x 8m diepte 1,5 mt).
Vanaf hier kunt u via een voetpad een meer, een tennisbaan en ook andere wandelpaden in de dichte bossen bereiken.
Onze gasten zijn vrij om de boerderij te verkennen en hebben gratis toegang tot de grote biologische moestuin waar verbouwd wordt met behulp van oude traditionele methoden.
