Beschrijving
Gracieus complex met zwembad, gelegen in de buurt van het schitterende Middeleeuwse dorp San Donato in Poggio, halverwege Florence en Siena. Er zijn 2 comfortabele appartementen die recentelijk gerestaureerd zijn en met smaak en raffinement zijn ingericht. Om de boerderij liggen wijn- en olijfgaarden die de eigenaren persoonlijk verzorgen voor de productie van Chianti Classico wijn en olijfolie van de eerste persing. Het complex is omgeven door de groene natuur maar ligt tevens dichtbij het dorp San Donato (tevens te voet bereikbaar) waar men uitstekende restaurants, pizzeria's en allerlei winkels kan vinden. Korte ongeasfalteerde toegangsweg in goede staat, geschikt voor alle autotypen.
