Dit vakantiehuis bestaat uit 2 onafhankelijke huizen gelegen in het pittoreske gehucht Camucia, op 5 km van het historische centrum van Cortona in Italië. Het pand is gebouwd in 2006 en ligt op een werkende boerderij omgeven door uitgestrekte velden, met een zonnige ligging en panoramisch uitzicht op Cortona en het glooiende Toscaanse landschap. De gasten hebben toegang tot een gedeelde tuin die bijdraagt aan het gevoel van ruimte en rust. De eigenaar woont eveneens op het terrein.
Buitenruimtes
De gedeelde tuin biedt een ruim en sereen omgeving met panoramisch uitzicht over de heuvels naar Cortona. Het omheinde zwembad meet 5 x 12 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 220 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 juni tot 30 september; een douche en WC bevinden zich in het poolgebied. Een barbecueplaats is aanwezig voor buitendinen. Elk huis beschikt over een privéterras van 15 m² en een terras, waar gasten in privacy kunnen ontspannen met uitzicht op het omringende landschap.

Het vakantiehuis beschikt over Wi-Fi. Een kok is op aanvraag beschikbaar met toeslag. Parkeerplaatsen onder dak zijn ter plaatse aanwezig; het terrein is beveiligd met elektrische poorten. Een auto wordt aanbevolen voor verplaatsing in het landelijke gebied van Camucia.

Het vakantiehuis "L'Orto e le Rose" ligt in het landelijke gebied nabij het Lago di Bolsena in Italië. Het pand maakt deel uit van een complex met 2 huizen en 3 appartementen, wat een gezellige maar tegelijk besloten sfeer voor gasten creëert. Het terrein van ongeveer 2.000 vierkante meter is voorzien van weelderige gazons en volwassen bomen, met een privé boomgaard die het geheel een bijzonder karakter geeft. Een ruim grasveld voor zonnebaden nodigt uit tot ontspanning in de buitenlucht.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 16 x 8 meter met een diepte van 150 cm en is beschikbaar van 16 mei tot 3 oktober. Het zwembad vormt het middelpunt van de tuinruimte en wordt omgeven door een grasveld voor zonnebaden. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. Een barbecueplaats nodigt uit tot buitendinen; een overdekt gedeelte biedt schaduw en beschutting. Een speelplaats is aanwezig voor jonge kinderen. Parkeerplaatsen ter plaatse zijn beschikbaar.

For your lazy summer days the beautiful swimming pool completely fenced and for your exclusive use (size mt. 6x12, depth mt. 1,20-1,50 - open from 16 May to 30th September) will be the ideal place also for your evening aperitifs, relaxed in the gazebo, with a good red wine in your glass and with the lights of Castiglion Fiorentino, which climbs up the hill, as a backdrop.
For children there is a large green outdoor space to explore with a five-a-side football goal for fun times with friends. The house is definitely perfect, in our opinion, for family holiday with children or for a small group of friends who want to discover the beauty of Tuscany and the nearby Umbria, renting a villa with private pool.

We guarantee that you will leave your heart in Castiglion Fiorentino. A small town of steep, paved alleyways, ancient buildings, stone stairways and arches and mighty walls dominated by the imposing Cassero tower, guarding the valley. Many trattorias and restaurants invite you to go out in the evening and enjoy a dish of fresh, handmade pasta or a famous Florentine steak.
In Castiglion Fiorentino you will also find supermarkets for your daily shopping, other shops and all necessary services. From the house you can easily walk to a restaurant which is just 1 km far.

The villa is divided into two independent apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owner.
The characteristic village of San Feliciano is 1.5 km away and can be reached by a short walk. Here you will find small shops for basic necessities, but above all you will have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner along the lake, with Isola Polvese as a backdrop. In Magione, about 5 km away, you will find supermarkets and shops of all kinds, and in Corciano a large shopping centre.
Lake Trasimeno, with its small towns, water sports opportunities and equipped beaches, is waiting to be discovered. In a little more than an hour you can make the complete tour by car, or better still enjoy a boat trip to Isola Maggiore, with its small fishing village, an activity that is also perfect for your children.
The large swimming pool will be at your disposal (size 12x6 m, depth 0.60-2 - open from 01st June to 30 September); occasionally it is also used by the owner who will be, albeit very discreetly, an excellent point of reference in case of need. You will have your own private space for your car within the fully fenced property, where even your small four-legged friends will be welcome.
The house is comfortable, furnished with particular taste by the owner with local antiques, has a large living room with sofas and an antique fireplace, two comfortable double bedrooms and a smaller one perfect for a child.
Certainly, in addition to the proximity to important centres such as Perugia, Arezzo and Siena, which you can visit with convenient day trips, in our opinion the highlight of the villa is the view from the house and its outdoor space. The railway station, which is 500 metres from the property, is also within easy reach and makes the house particularly suitable for all types of travel should you wish to visit Tuscany and Central Italy without taking a car.
The farm mainly produces cereals, but around the house you can also enjoy the view of vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees. The owners will be happy to let you taste and buy their pure Sangiovese wine, extra virgin olive oil and other products of the farm, proudly handed down from father to daughter.
The house is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden, shaded and filled with flowers and plants. In the relaxation area, furnished with table and chairs, you can comfortably enjoy your meals in the open air. At the back of the house, in a sunny position, there is a swimming pool measuring 4.5x9m, 1.50m deep and completely fenced ( open from 16 May to 30 September) for the safety of your children.
Another corner that we think you will appreciate is the sun terrace on the first floor, where you will find a small lounge with a sun umbrella, table and chairs, ideal for aperitifs in the cool of summer evenings.
There is also a vegetable garden with fresh seasonal vegetables that you can pick daily.
Podere I Gigli is an old stone farmhouse, dating back to the early 1900s, which has recently been renovated and brought back to life while maintaining the structure, which still exudes ancient history and farming traditions. The grit floors and exposed beams have been preserved and together with the rustic furnishings and antiques and local crafts, personally and carefully chosen by the owner, make the house a truly ideal place for your holidays.
