The holiday apartment at Ronchi, in Marina di Massa, Tuscany is composed as follows:

Villa Elena, designed and built by an architect, is located on a side street between Montignoso and Strettoia (Querceta and Forte dei Marmi). The beach can be reached via Ronchi, Cinquale, or Forte, approximately 2.5km away.
The house is built and maintained in minimalist luxury across 3 floors, totaling 500m² on a 1500m² property, designed with ecological principles.
In the driveway and garden, 2 cars can be parked.
An open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, with a fully glazed dining area in front offering views into the garden, and an equally spacious open-plan living area with sofas and fireplace.
