Casa Tara is een prachtig gerenoveerde hooizolder in het hart van Toscane, Italië, die de tijdloze charme van traditionele Toscaanse architectuur uitstraalt. Deze uitzonderlijke vakantiehuis biedt een harmonieuze combinatie van rustieke elegantie en modern comfort. Het pand ligt in de buurt van Laterina en beschikt over een indrukwekkende omheinde tuin die privacy en natuurlijke schoonheid biedt. Een zwembad nodigt uit tot ontspanning in een serene buitenomgeving.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 12 x 6 meter met een diepte van 110 tot 250 cm en beschikt over een interne trap voor gemakkelijke toegang; het is beschikbaar van 9 mei tot 26 september. De omheinde tuin biedt een veilige en besloten omgeving waar het Toscaanse landschap kan worden genoten. Een privé prieel biedt schaduw voor rustige momenten, terwijl het terras is voorzien van tuinmeubilair dat geschikt is voor buitendinen en gezelligheid. For your lazy summer days the beautiful swimming pool completely fenced and for your exclusive use (size mt. 6x12, depth mt. 1,20-1,50 - open from 16 May to 30th September) will be the ideal place also for your evening aperitifs, relaxed in the gazebo, with a good red wine in your glass and with the lights of Castiglion Fiorentino, which climbs up the hill, as a backdrop.
For children there is a large green outdoor space to explore with a five-a-side football goal for fun times with friends. The house is definitely perfect, in our opinion, for family holiday with children or for a small group of friends who want to discover the beauty of Tuscany and the nearby Umbria, renting a villa with private pool.

We guarantee that you will leave your heart in Castiglion Fiorentino. A small town of steep, paved alleyways, ancient buildings, stone stairways and arches and mighty walls dominated by the imposing Cassero tower, guarding the valley. Many trattorias and restaurants invite you to go out in the evening and enjoy a dish of fresh, handmade pasta or a famous Florentine steak.
In Castiglion Fiorentino you will also find supermarkets for your daily shopping, other shops and all necessary services. From the house you can easily walk to a restaurant which is just 1 km far.

"Il Sorbino" is een rustieke boerderij gelegen op 470 meter hoogte in het groene Toscaanse landschap bij Castiglion Fiorentino, Italië. Het pand staat op een privéterrein van 2.000 vierkante meter, omgeven door bomen en omheind. De boerderij combineert natuurlijke schoonheid met doordachte voorzieningen en biedt een authentiek en rustig verblijf voor wie op zoek is naar tranquilliteit en karakter. Het uitgestrekte terrein beschikt over een fraai aangelegde terrastuin en een privézwembad dat als middelpunt van de buitenruimtes fungeert.
Buitenruimtes
Het privézwembad meet 10 x 5 meter met een diepte van 12 tot 220 centimeter en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 september. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. De terrastuin strekt zich uit over het omheinde terrein van 2.000 vierkante meter en biedt ruime ruimte voor wandelingen en ontspanning. Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. It is located on a panoramic position, perched on a high hill, surrounded by olive groves and green woods of oak and holm-oak. The stone farmhouse and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, farmers and chestnut growers, the atmosphere alone will immediately take you back to those times.
The hamlet has been restored preserving its original features and using ancient materials such as terracotta, stone and old wooden beams. Even the furniture, functional and comfortable, has been chosen in respect of rural traditions.
Borgo di Usciano can be reached by an unpaved road through the woods of about 1.5 km, which is well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.
Only 2.5 km away is the village of Palazzo del Pero where you will find a couple of restaurants and some shops.
Only 9 km away is the city of Arezzo and its monuments, shops for shopping enthusiasts, supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of services. But we also recommend that you spend wonderful days discovering the old town centre, its narrow streets and the works of art by Piero della Francesca, Cimabue and Vasari, scattered throughout the city.
The outdoor area of Borgo di Usciano is divided into various panoramic terraces, and you'll be spoilt for choice whether to relax in the solarium by the beautiful infinity pool (size 7x14 m, depth 1-1.60 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), in the shade of a cool tree in the lower part of the garden, or climb the hill with a 360° panorama and a good book to keep you company.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the paved area with a stone barbecue and wood-burning oven, and equipped with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy pizza and barbecue with your family or friends. To make your holiday even richer and more enjoyable, you can request tastings of typical Tuscan products, massages with experts in the field and guided mountain bike tours of the area. If you decide to spend your holiday at Villa Leopoldina, you can stay in a historic building, a splendid example of a typical Tuscan house designed in the 18th century by the architects of Grand Duke Leopold of Lorraine, with the characteristic four overlapping arches on the façade. It will be a plunge into the past, when families were very numerous and these huge homes housed several generations under the same roof.
