A short walk will take you to the characteristic village of Bucine. When you feel like leaving the swimming pool and the peace of the garden for a while, the small, typical villages of the Val d'Ambra and Chianti are easy and quick to reach, and Arezzo, Florence and Siena are excellent day trips.
The little house is surrounded by a fully-fenced garden with a well-kept lawn, shaded by tall pines and filled with flowers, where your pets can run freely. A view of the surrounding vineyards and hills will accompany your lazy summer days, along with several corners designed for relaxing in peace. You decide which is the best spot to enjoy the view... whether it is from the cool water of your private swimming pool (5x11 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), or from an armchair under the pergolas, perhaps from the shady gazebo hidden among the trees, or from a sun lounger by the pool...

The residence, La Colonica, is a magnificent property overlooking the green valleys of Umbria, oon the border between Tuscany and Umbria. It is a warm, welcoming home, steeped in history as part of it was built in the modern era, given its position as a point of passage between the Papal States and the Grand Duchy of Tuscany. The history of its extension unfolds in four different eras up until its complete renovation in 2012. The panorama enjoyed from the house is picturesque, rich in the seasonal colours that adorn the fields and hills. At the entrance to the estate is play ground area with a private five-a-side football field. The house is located in Sansepolcro, the famous, art-rich town linked to personalities like Piero della Francesca who has left extraordinary works of art visible in the Civic Museum. Also famous are the many churches which conserve intact various artistic heritages of the Renaissance. The geographic location of the house allows easy access to other famous towns in Tuscany as well as in Umbria such as, for example, Anghiari, included in the list of the most beautiful borghi in Italy, but also famous towns like Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Assisi and Perugia, known both for their beauty and for their food and wine culture, which will render unique the memory of your stay in this splendid land. Interior:
The house has a double entrance on the ground floor allowing, on the right, access to a double bedroom communicating with a further double bedrooms (both with ensuite bathroom with shower and both direct access to outside) and, on the left, access to an open - plan area with kitchen, living room, dining room and toilet. Next to these two entrances is the laundry area. The first floor is reached from the outside via a stone staircase leading to the entrance. The first floor consists of a lounge and sleeping area, consisting of a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower and three double bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom with shower. The second floor is also reached externally by the stone staircase leading up to a second terrace. On the right side is a sitting space. Continuing along the corridor you come to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with joinable beds with adjacent bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with divisible beds with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Park:
The park, about one and a half hectares, surrounds the entire house. Inside the park are old oak trees and several types of vegetation, garden plants, shrubs, flowers, lavender and viburnum. Also in the park is the swimming pool, visible from the house, and at the entrance to the ground floor is a cool gazebo with sofas and armchairs suitable for reading and for moments of relaxation. For sports lovers, there is a playgroud area situated a few metres from the entrance gate, shaded by ancient oak trees and lighted at night, with a private five-a-side football field, bowling green, table tennis, and table football. In front of the property, out of the gate, is a 3-car, covered parking area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located within the park, visible from the house and offering a splendid view, immersed as it is in greenery. It is reached by crossing the park from the house or else by descending the stone staircase next to the main gate. Rectangular-shaped, it measures 16 x 8 m with a depth varying from 0,90 m to 1,80 m, it is lined in PVC grey-black coloured and access to the water is by Roman steps. In the shallow part of the pool it is possible to create a children’s area by closing off this area with a net. There are whirlpool vents, external and internal lighting and chlorine purification plant. The solarium area is covered by travertine and lawn and is provided with gazebo with sofa, sunbeds, small tables, umbrellas, chairs, armchairs and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The pool is open from the last saturday of April to the first saturday of October.

Il Fitto consists of the main house and an annex about 15 m away. MAIN HOUSE. On the ground floor, just past the entrance door, is a large living room consisting of a study corner, lounge and dining area, connected to both the kitchen and the outdoor living area. The floor is completed by a guest bathroom. An internal staircase leads up to the first floor (also accessible by an external staircase), consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hydromassage tub, a double bedroom served by a bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms which share a bathroom with shower. Park:
Il Fitto is part of a winery that extends for about 30 hectares. The park of the property, which spreads around the house and is for the complete and exclusive use of the guests, measures approximately 3000 sq m and is bordered for the most part by the vineyard. It is mainly flat, with lawn areas, enlivened by roses, olive trees, bushes of herbs and fruit trees, and a large loggia that extends out from the French window of the living room. The loggia contains a seating area and dining table covered by large umbrellas, with a stone barbecue. The parking area is located just after the entrance gate of the property, a few steps from the house and annex.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October, is located on one side of the house, in a slightly higher position and is reached via a short ramp or a walkway, just 15 m away. It measures 7 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1,20 m. Lined in clear PVC, it has chlorine purification, lighting and Roman steps for access to the water. The pool area, in terracotta paving and lawn, is completed by a shower, sunbeds, small tables and umbrellas.

La Casa nel Borgo is located in the ancient hamlet of Cantalena Alta and is now part of an almost completely restored rural complex consisting of 6 small houses, where efforts have been made to keep alive the ancient traditions and times gone by, using stone in the restoration along with original reclaimed materials.
A road that climbs through green woods and breathtaking views will lead you to La Casa nel Borgo. The first time it may seem a little challenging, but as soon as you arrive at your destination you will be rewarded with absolute peace, stunning views, unspoilt spaces and unforgettable sunsets. The place is your paradise if you are a nature lover, surrounded by cool green forests and inhabited by local wildlife. It is not difficult, on summer evenings, to come across friendly hares, porcupines, roe deer or fallow deer.
The small hamlet has a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (10x5 mt, depth 1.20-1.60 mt - open from 17 May to 27 September) completely fenced and with a Roman steps, which is about 100 metres from your house and in common use with the other guests. In the solarium you will have your own private area with 4 sun beds and a sun umbrella, where you can spend your lazy days by the pool. The house also has a private, shaded area with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals in the peace of the cobbled alley.
The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts, furnished in rustic style, reminiscent of the rural homes of our grandparents, the beamed ceilings (the size of some of the doors are quite small), the terracotta floors, the old marble sink... we can assure you that spending your holiday here will be a real plunge into the past!
The little house, in our opinion, is ideal for couples, even with children; if you wish to get away from it all, it will become your favourite place, you will only be disturbed by birdsong, and in the morning you will wake up to a wonderful view to greet you. At Casa nel Borgo quiet, tranquillity and the slow, lazy flow of the days will be the watchwords of your holiday. The nearest shops are in Castiglion Fiorentino, about 15 km away. And about 9 km away, in the lttle village of Santa Cristina, you will find a small grocery shop and a Tuscan restaurant. If you decide to spend your vacation at Fattoria Le Chianacce you will find yourself immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, between Arezzo and Siena, overlooking the Valdichiana hills that mark the border between the two provinces.
Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.
The Farm has six apartments, four of which are available to guests, and two inhabited by the owners. At your disposal is a common room with television, laundry, bicycles, ping-pong table and outdoor space equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun and beautiful summer days.

Villa la Ripa is een exclusieve luxe vakantiehuis gelegen in het hart van Toscane, in Foiano Della Chiana. Het pand ligt verscholen binnen 3 hectare natuurpark met cipressenbomen, lavendel en rozen. Het is onlangs volledig gerenoveerd en combineert traditioneel karakter met hedendaagse elegantie op ongeveer 800 vierkante meter. De villa beschikt over een privézwembad van 12 x 4 meter met ligbedden en parasols, uitgebreide parkeergelegenheid en een ruim privéterrein dat volledige afzondering en natuurlijke schoonheid biedt.
Buitenruimtes
Het uitgestrekte privépark rond de villa biedt een buitengewone buitenervaring. Een overdekt ingebouwd terras is ingericht met een grote eettafel, stoelen, een barbecue en een pizzaoven, ideaal voor maaltijden in de open lucht. In het hart van het park staat een glazen gymzaal waar gasten kunnen trainen terwijl zij volledig omgeven zijn door het natuurlandschap. De keuken is uitgerust met een vaatwasser en magnetron als onderdeel van de volledige apparatuur. Gasten kunnen gebruikmaken van de barbecue op het privéterras. Alle kamers zijn aangesloten op het BOSE-muzieksysteem, bedienbaar via smartphone. Entertainment wordt verzorgd via satelliet-televisie met Netflix inbegrepen, aangevuld met televisietoestellen in verschillende ruimtes. Zodra u aankomt wordt u welkom geheten door de eigenaar of beheerder en vindt u een fraaie, schone en goed onderhouden woning met uitzicht over de heuvels perfect voor een rustige vakantie in Toscane. Hoe u de dagen ook doorbrengt - met excursies, musea bezoek, winkelen of rijdende door het prachtige landschap, zodra u thuis komt kunt u ontspannen samen met familie en vrienden bij het zwembad voor een perfecte afsluiting van nog weer een dag in Toscane. Op het terrein is er voor uw genoegen een barbecue en patio. Eten met vrienden en familie is een grote onderdeel van de Toscaanse cultuur. Maak gebruik van de goed uitgeruste keuken om maaltijden te bereiden met lokale producten terwijl u op vakantie bent. Villa Ulivi is gelegen op de top van een kleine heuvel, in het prachtige ongerepte Toscaanse landschap dichtbij Arezzo. De vakantievilla ligt op loopafstand van het charmante, middeleeuwse stadje Lucignano. Dit prachtige privé-eigendom met 6 slaapkamers en 7 badkamers verdeeld over het hoofdgebouw en het bijgebouw, biedt een fantastisch uitzicht over de Val Di Chiana vanaf de terrassen en tuinen. De villa is onlangs volledig gerenoveerd, ingericht in een klassieke Toscaanse smaak en biedt toch alle moderne gemakken.
Deze vakantiewoning bestaat uit "Villa Ulivi" en het bijgebouw "Casina" en worden verhuurd als een geheel. Wanneer een groep acht of minder personen telt is en het bijgebouw "La Casina" niet nodig is, wordt deze tijdens het verblijf niet verhuurd, zodat de accommodatie alleen privé blijft voor de groep.
Afstanden: Dichtstbijzijnde dorp: Lucignano 650 m (boodschappen, restaurants, winkels en andere diensten), Arezzo (treinstation) 30 km, Montepulciano 30 km, Cortona 35 km, Siena, 40 km, Orvieto 85 km, Florence 100 km.

Extra Services: diners en kooklessen zijn beschikbaar bij de villa van de eigenaar die zich op hetzelfde terrein bevindt, maar met voldoende afstand tussen de villa’s om de privacy te behouden. De eigenaren spreken zeer goed Engels en kunnen rondleidingen, wijnproeverijen of huwelijksarrangementen regelen. Ook kunnen kooklessen worden geregeld in de villa van de eigenaar. De eigenaren wonen op ongeveer 400 meter van de villa. De gasten worden begeleid om de geheimen te leren van het koken van Italiaanse gerechten, vooral die volgens de Toscaanse traditie: leren pasta maken met de handen zoals tagliatelle, pappardelle, pici, ravioli, tortellini en maccheroni, traditionele Toscaanse gerechten zoals panzanella met brood en groenten (komkommertomaten, uien en verse basilicum), Toscaanse crostini, de geheimen om een perfecte chianina-t-bone op de bbq te bereiden en traditionele Italiaanse desserts zoals tiramisu en panna cotta met aardbeien en chocolade.

Just outside Foiano della Chiana, a lively borgo with a thousand-year old history located in the centre of the Val di Chiana, between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena and on the border with Umbria, is this lovely, recently-built house in stone and plaster which has always belonged to the current owners and where you will breathe in a homely, welcoming atmosphere. Villa Joy is set in a beautiful garden, a veritable green island in the centre of which is a large swimming pool and various areas organized for relaxation and fun in the open air. The property is located in a residential area along the main road leading to the town, in the picturesque landscape of the Tuscan countryside; its strong point is the location (4 km from the A1 motorway, the Autostrada del Sole), ideal for visiting the numerous tourist spots in the surroundings and just a short distance from the main road links that will bring you within easy reach of the art cities of Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Cortona. From here you can undertake fascinating itineraries along beautiful panoramic roads winding through the Chianti area or the Val d'Orcia, studded with little Renaissance towns of great charm such as Pienza, Montepulciano, delectable Lucignano and many others: a thrilling experience that will involve all your senses in an exclusive concentration of art, vibrant nature and the authentic flavours of Tuscany. NB About 20 meters away the villa is the caretaker's annex which can be a useful point of reference for guests to whom, however, complete privacy is guaranteed.
Interior:
A short flight of 7 steps leads up to the main entrance which opens into the living room with TV and seating areas, the latter facing the beautiful terrace, completed by a gym, which overlooks the garden. From the living room a few steps lead to the sleeping area of this floor, comprising two double bedrooms, one with a round bed (diameter 2,45 m), sharing a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor, is the kitchen with dining area (also equipped with washing machine) and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The park and the garden, completely fenced-in with netting and hedge screens (height about 2 m) guaranteeing privacy, extends over an area of about 2500 sq m which includes a 2-car parking area near the entrance gate. The garden surrounding the villa consists of paved surfaces in terracotta and large areas of lawn enlivened by flowering bushes, olive trees, cypresses, lime trees and a shady catalpa with two benches under it. The large stone portico outside the kitchen, is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. NB. Near the villa (about 300 m away), not visible from any side, is an abandoned industrial shed.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Just 10 m from the villa, the swimming pool lies in the centre of the garden and is accessible via a strech of garden. The rectangular-shaped pool has one oval side, Roman steps and a stone border. Lined in PVC, it measures 6 x 12 m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 2.10 m and it has internal lighting. It has chlorine purification. The sunbathing area, paved in serena stone around the pool, extends to the manicured lawn with sunbeds, a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a convenient solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
