The farmhouse is divided into three units: two are occupied by the owner’s family, and one is available for rent. The holiday rental apartment "Il Centro" is located in Camaiore, and as the name implies, it is located in the center of the city in an easily accessible street.
It has just been completely renovated and furnished in a modern way.
It is located just 8.3 km from the sea of Versilia, in Lido di Camaiore, and therefore also an excellent starting point for a beach holiday and enjoying the streets of Camaiore with its bars and restaurants in the evening. The area around Camaiore is hilly and very green and together with its various villages, such as Casoli, Nocchi and Buchignano, it is very suitable for pleasant walks in nature. Candalla with its waterfalls is a good example.
The city also offers glimpses from a cultural point of view, such as the magnificent Badia di San Pietro or the museum of sacred art.
The holiday apartment is located in a small building, of only two apartments, on the first floor and is divided as follows:
- Bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning.
- Double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
- Living room with sofa, dining table, Smart TV, air conditioning and exit to a terrace of the internal courtyard.

The car can be parked in the nearby for payment parking lot or at 150 meters the free one.
