Podere della Crocchia, a beautiful old stone villa in a very panoramic position, is immersed in a rural environment that embodies all the characteristics of typical Tuscan landscapes. Looking out over the valley you will see endless expanses of cereal, corn and sunflower fields, which blend in harmony with the high hills. The ancient villages, manor houses and farmhouses surrounded by vineyards and olive groves will immerse you in a dreamlike atmosphere. The owners themselves, Luca and Patrizia, in addition to excellent organic extra virgin olive oil, wine and other fine goods, also produce a natural food supplement based on olive leaf extract. 
The villa is a combination of old, modern and hospitality: stylish furnishings and all the necessary comforts and facilities. In the cool pergola, in front of the kitchen, equipped with wooden furniture and barbecue, you can relax and dine al fresco. In the wide garden you can spend your leisure days thanks to the beautiful private swimming pool (size mt. 6x12, depth mt. 1.20-1.80 - open from 01st April to 30th September), with comfortable wooden sunbeds, table tennis and games for children. In the surrounding area there are many paths suitable for cycling or trekking, with children as well, in the wonderful Tuscan landscape.
