Villa Poppiano is a beautiful private villa in the heart of Tuscany, exactly in Barberino Val d'Elsa.
Its location makes it ideal for reaching the main cities such as Florence (40min), Pisa (50 minutes), Lucca (1 hour) and Siena (30min).
It can be reached through a dirt road because localized in the countryside, this makes it excellent for those who want to enjoy relaxing days but without giving up the comforts of a city. Relax, because it is surrounded by olive groves and woods that guarantees silence, convenient because just 5km from the center and its shops.
The property consists of a large garden (partly wooded) of about 8000 square meters, the Villa itself, an annex (not usable) and the private pool.
Villa Poppiano offers space for 12 people in five rooms on two floors.
Guests will have 3G Internet (slow speed).

Outdoor:

The whole outdoor area of Villa Poppiano is private, starting from the entrance gate to the parking lot for 4-5 cars.
In front of the villa is a large lawn that leads to the main entrance.
On one side, over the entrance to the upper floor (steps), is a lawn decorated with gazebos, umbrellas, chairs and tables and leads to the pool area.
The pool area offers guests various sun beds and relaxation areas with gazebos and shade umbrellas.
The entire property is private.

Swimming Pool:

The pool of Villa Poppiano measures 6 x 14 meters and is for the exclusive use of guests.
At the guests disposal are sun loungers.

Parking:

The outdoor parking is located 30 meters from the villa where 5 cars can park.

Beschrijving Interieur

The interior of the Villa is on two floors.
Both floors are independent and accessible only from the outside.
It is very cool as the walls are very thick.
For this reason there is no air conditioning.

Bedrooms:

The villa has two bedrooms on the ground floor:
- One with a double bed and Asian furnishings.
- One with two single beds.

On the first floor:
- Two double bedrooms.
- A sofa bed for two people.
- A double bedroom in a gallery (low ceiling).

Bathrooms:

Bathrooms available are 4:
- A bathroom/WC on the ground floor.
- A bathroom with shower suitable for the disabled.
- A bathroom with shower on the first floor near the two bedrooms.
- A bathroom with shower near the gallery bedroom and the sofa bed.

Kitchen:

The kitchens for guests of Villa Poppiano are two:

- On the ground floor with access from the outside and equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer.

- A small one on the first floor with oven, fridge / freezer and stove with 4 burners and breakfast table.

Sitting Room:

There are two living rooms.
A large one on the ground floor with sofas, TV and walls with exposed stones, all connected to the dining area with seating for 10 persons, access from the outside and very cool because it has very thick walls.

The second living room is on the first floor and has various sofas (one bed) and a study area.
