Schitterend kasteel uit de 12de eeuw, gerestaureerd in 1600 in opdracht van de adellijke familie Acciaioli met magnifieke toren die gebouwd werd naar het architectonische model van de toren van Palazzo Vecchio te Florence.
Het kasteel ligt op een groot landgoed bebouwd met wijn- en olijfboomgaarden.

Casa Beppina is een vakantieappartement in het hart van het historische Toscaanse stadje Cortona, Italië. Het appartement bevindt zich in een woonblok en geniet van een uitzonderlijke centrale ligging in het levendige centrum van de stad, met een aangenaam rustige sfeer. De accommodatie is volledig uitgerust met modern comfort. Het appartement is ideaal voor zowel korte als langere verblijven in een van Toscane's meest geliefde bestemmingen.

Omdat Casa Beppina een appartement is in een woonblok in het centrum van Cortona, wordt de buitenervaring bepaald door de opmerkelijke stedelijke omgeving. De centrale ligging betekent dat de charmante straatjes, pleinen en uitzichtpunten van Cortona direct voor de deur liggen.

Wi-Fi is beschikbaar in het gehele appartement. Een openbare parkeerplaats bevindt zich op 150 m afstand. Het gebouw heeft geen lift. De accommodatie beschikt over centrale verwarming, beschikbaar van 1 november tot 15 april. Huisdieren zijn welkom.

San Eusebio is an independent portion of a beautiful stone farmhouse with ancient peasant origins. You will find it nestled in an extremely panoramic position on the silver olive-covered hill of S. Pietro a Cegliolo, not far from the beautiful town of Cortona.
You will instantly fall in love with Cortona. Its cobbled lanes, noble palaces, panoramic viewpoints across the Valdichiana to Lake Trasimeno, its churches and numerous monuments are all not to be missed. You will spend lazy days, strolling around while eating an ice cream, immersed in an atmosphere of ancient times. We advise you not to miss out on a few evenings in the numerous typical restaurants in the historic centre, you absolutely must try the Tuscan cuisine and the many delicacies it offers!
The owners of the house have carefully restored it with absolute respect for the old architectural features: the wooden beams, ceilings, fixtures and terracotta floors are those of yesteryear. Colours, decorations, finishing works and furnishings are perfectly in tune with the characteristics of the house, a perfect rustic style to take you back in time.
In front of the house, there is a large green area at your disposal, a gazebo with garden furniture ideal for enjoying outdoor dining in harmony with the landscape below and the lights in the distance. Immersed among the olive trees is a lovely swimming pool (size 3.5x6 m, depth 0.60-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), panoramic and cool, which will be perfect for your days of relaxation on the sun-kissed sun loungers of the solarium. Casina Paradiso is just a few minutes drive from the town of Cortona, rich in Etruscan reminiscences, priceless and beautiful works of art, noble palaces and characteristic lanes. You cannot miss visiting Cortona and drinking a glass of wine in “Rugapiana” alley.
Lake Trasimeno is also easily accessible from here, with its beautiful beaches, islands and many small historic centres magically set in the green hills that frame it. It is also an ideal destination for lovers of water sports.
The small house is located next to the owners' villa, with whom you will also occasionally share the beautiful swimming pool with panoramic view of Cortona (size m 4x8, depth m 1.40-1.60 - open from 1st May to 30 September). Casina Paradiso is furnished with taste and care down to the smallest detail, is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and has a beautiful private terrace-solarium and an outdoor area with barbecue and garden furniture for your dinners “al fresco”. Above all, the terrace will become the focal point of your cool summer evenings with the view of Cortona lit up in the distance.
Casina Paradiso is a small nest, ideal if you are a couple and wish to spend a romantic holiday, to spend your honeymoon, but also as a support point to comfortably visit Tuscany and the nearby Umbria.

Casa La Primula is a farmhouse situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in an extremely panoramic position with an evocative view of Pierle Castle, an ancient fortress of feudal origin, which makes it as if suspended in time. It takes a little effort to get up here, the 2.5 km road is almost all unpaved and very steep (not recommended for sports cars), but once on spot you will be rewarded with true peace in the middle of nature and above all with an exceptional view. When you want to emerge from your refuge, about 5 km away you will find the villages of Mercatale, in Tuscany, and Lisciano Niccone, in Umbria. We recommend a day trip to the characteristic Cortona, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
In the gazebo in the garden you can dine in front of the sunset; for your barbecues or pizzas in company there are also a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The fence makes the house ideal for a holiday with your four-legged friends (extra charge could be required). For both of you there is plenty of space in the green and the possibility, for those who love trekking, of long walks along the numerous paths in the woods. The swimming pool is private and reserved for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m. - depth 1,20 - 2,30 m., completely fenced - open from 10th May to 30th October).
Besides the view, you'll love the simplicity of Casa La Primula, the rustic Tuscan style furniture and the facilities guarantee all the comforts and at the same time take you back to the rural traditions of times gone by.
You can also ask Mirko, the owner, for a little shopping, and he will make sure you get your favourite food the evening of your arrival. Mirko has a passion for cooking and has obtained the qualification of Agrichef, and will be happy to cook typical Tuscan dishes for you with the genuine products of his company or of other local companies. Borgo Antico is a beautiful farmhouse on the high hills that separate the green Valdichiana from the Tiber Valley, located on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, in close contact with nature and far from the noise and bustle of the cities.
Moreover, thanks to its position, 600 m above sea level and the large stone walls, the house, even on the hottest summer days, guarantees a cool and comfortable temperature inside, especially on the ground floor.
The Etruscan town of Cortona in Tuscany and the village of Trestina in Umbria are both about 18 km away, while restaurants and small shops for basic necessities can be reached within 5 or 10 km.
You can spend your holiday days bathing in the swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m - depth 1.20-2.40 m, completely fenced in - open from 01st May to 30th September), playing table tennis and enjoying tasty lunches and dinners in the cool gazebo furnished with tables and chairs next to the barbecue and wood-burning oven. If you book a holiday at Casale Aiola you will find yourself immersed in a modern farmhouse and forestry farm, surrounded by greenery and set in the total tranquillity of the hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, among age-old woods and picturesque valleys. Casale Aiola is an old stone farmhouse divided into two parts. In one part of the house lives the owner who, with his discreet presence, will be a sure reference point for any need.
The farmhouse is located about 25 km from the beautiful Cortona, in Tuscany and about 15 km from the village of Trestina, in Umbria. You can do your shopping in either Cortona or Trestina, both of which have shops, supermarkets and services.
From here you have easy access to green Umbria, with its small villages nestled in the lush hills and bucolic landscapes of Lake Trasimeno, Perugia is only 60 km away.
Similarly, once you have reached Cortona, the splendid towns and cities of southern Tuscany will open up for you to discover. From Cortona to the farmhouse the road is perhaps a little long, even though it is all paved. But once you are there you will be rewarded with the absolute tranquillity of the place.
In our opinion Casale Aiola is definitely suitable for groups of families with children. The large green space around the house is perfect for the little ones to run and play in the middle of nature. Also available, in front of the house, is a children's swimming pool (size m. 4x8 - depth 0.60 m., table tennis, table football, children's games and a bowling green. Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
For adults and children there is a large private swimming pool (size 9x16 m. -depth 1,20 m. completely fenced - open from 15 May to 30th September) with bathroom with shower and a small gazebo with fridge to cool down on hot summer days and the tennis court.

Villa Cantagallo has the old-world charm of an ancient manor house. The spacious rooms, fireplaces, arches and exposed stonework combine well with the rustic furnishings chosen by the owners, and will take you back in time when these huge dwellings were the hub of farmhouses.
You will find Villa Cantagallo a short distance from the charming Etruscan town of Cortona (8 km), a destination of great artistic, historical and architectural interest that is definitely worth a visit. You will leave your heart in Cortona, in its paved alleys that climb up the hill, you will immerse yourself in an almost magical atmosphere, as if suspended in time.
Don't forget to dine in one of the countless restaurants and trattorias in the historic centre; our advice is definitely local red wine and a nice Tagliata of Chianina beef!
Until a few years ago the house was the heart of a large farm, then a recent and careful renovation, which the owners carried out with love and care to keep the old features of the villa unaltered, transformed it into a cosy holiday home.
Still next to the house you will find the wine cellar where the owner produces excellent wine (Vino DOC Cortona), which you can taste for free during your holiday.
All around the house you will have at your disposal a large green area equipped with gazebo, table and chairs for your outdoor dinners in company, barbecue, games for children and shaded parking spaces. La Casa nel Borgo is located in the ancient hamlet of Cantalena Alta and is now part of an almost completely restored rural complex consisting of 6 small houses, where efforts have been made to keep alive the ancient traditions and times gone by, using stone in the restoration along with original reclaimed materials.
A road that climbs through green woods and breathtaking views will lead you to La Casa nel Borgo. The first time it may seem a little challenging, but as soon as you arrive at your destination you will be rewarded with absolute peace, stunning views, unspoilt spaces and unforgettable sunsets. The place is your paradise if you are a nature lover, surrounded by cool green forests and inhabited by local wildlife. It is not difficult, on summer evenings, to come across friendly hares, porcupines, roe deer or fallow deer.
The small hamlet has a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (10x5 mt, depth 1.20-1.60 mt - open from 17 May to 27 September) completely fenced and with a Roman steps, which is about 100 metres from your house and in common use with the other guests. In the solarium you will have your own private area with 4 sun beds and a sun umbrella, where you can spend your lazy days by the pool. The house also has a private, shaded area with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals in the peace of the cobbled alley.
The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts, furnished in rustic style, reminiscent of the rural homes of our grandparents, the beamed ceilings (the size of some of the doors are quite small), the terracotta floors, the old marble sink... we can assure you that spending your holiday here will be a real plunge into the past!
The little house, in our opinion, is ideal for couples, even with children; if you wish to get away from it all, it will become your favourite place, you will only be disturbed by birdsong, and in the morning you will wake up to a wonderful view to greet you. At Casa nel Borgo quiet, tranquillity and the slow, lazy flow of the days will be the watchwords of your holiday. The nearest shops are in Castiglion Fiorentino, about 15 km away. And about 9 km away, in the lttle village of Santa Cristina, you will find a small grocery shop and a Tuscan restaurant. Castiglion Fiorentino is a town that, in addition to having all the necessary services, will invite you to spend pleasant evenings, in a typical restaurant, in a bar for an aperitif, or simply strolling through the alleys and small lovely squares.
