Deze vakantiewoning bestaat uit "Villa Ulivi" en het bijgebouw "Casina" en worden verhuurd als een geheel. Wanneer een groep acht of minder personen telt is en het bijgebouw "La Casina" niet nodig is, wordt deze tijdens het verblijf niet verhuurd, zodat de accommodatie alleen privé blijft voor de groep.

Mooie vrijstaande vakantievilla met privé zwembad, dichtbij de plaats Lucignano in de provincie van Arezzo gelegen, bereikbaar over een mooie laan met cipressen.
Het bezit bestaat uit 3 gebouwen met 4 appartementen, die niet met elkaar zijn verbonden (2 eenheden in het eerste huis, één eenheid in het tweede huis en een vierde in een klein vrijstaand huisje). De gasten kunnen beschikken over een daarvoor bestemde salon voor alle gasten met een mooie keuken, een woonruimte met SAT-TV hoek (compleet aanbod van SKY TV kanalen) en een badkamer met douche.

Casa Felice overlooks from a "hillock" in the hilly territory between the towns of Lucignano and Rigomagno, characteristic medieval villages between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. Lucignano, one of the most characteristic village in the Valdichiana, with shops and services of all kinds, is easily reached on foot. The walk to the imposing elliptical walls of the small town is one of the things that our customers always tell us with enthusiasm. The olive trees, the small road on the hill that goes up and once in the village the characteristic cafés among the paved alleys, where you can always taste an ice cream or a glass of good Tuscan wine.
Casa Felice is the ideal place for families and groups of friends. In the large garden shaded by a huge centuries-old oak and olive trees there are the swimming pool (size 9x4 m. - depth 1,50 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) the barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Here you will really escape from everyday life, to spend an uninterrupted time with family or friends. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome (extra charge could be required).
Casa Felice offers all the necessary features for a relaxing holiday tanks to the nice furniture and the many amenities inside the house. The 14th century, when this strip of land near Arezzo, which marked the border between the two Italies, the Lombard and the Byzantine, saw the construction of an imposing square building dominated by a mighty tower at about 570 metres above sea level.

At your disposal there is also a barbecue and a wood-burning oven placed not far from the pergola, a perfect corner for your dinners and barbecues with family and friends.

The farmhouse has been recently and carefully restored under the careful guidance of the owners, who strongly wished to maintain its ancient origins and characteristics. The original terracotta tiled floors, the high ceilings with wooden beams, all coordinated with quality furnishings, with fine antiques, are a perfect match for the characteristics of the villa. You will feel a sense of warmth at the villa, you will feel welcomed and pampered, perfectly in harmony with your surroundings.
The history of the farmhouse is also fascinating. In ancient times, the Valdichiana was a swamp and before the land reclamation took place, its waters lapped the land of the property and just a few steps from the house there was a small harbour for boats that connected by water to the surrounding villages.
Today the villa is part of a farm that includes vineyards, cereal crops, farmyard animals and beautiful horses. About 1 km away, at the owners' residence, you will be able to enjoy the organic produce from their vegetable garden free of charge. Their paddocks, should you travel with your horses, will be at your disposal (service available for a fee).
Around the villa, you will enjoy a large, completely fenced green space perfect for your morning or evening walks even with your four-legged friends. Inside the park there is also a woodland path (approx. 500 m) where you can relax, walk and organise cool snacks.
