Casetta i Ciliegi can be reached via a scenic mountain road that is partly unpaved (about 4 km), not recommended for sports cars. Especially the first time it may be a little difficult, but once you get there you will understand that it is worth making a little effort to admire such a beautiful view. If you book a holiday at Casale Aiola you will find yourself immersed in a modern farmhouse and forestry farm, surrounded by greenery and set in the total tranquillity of the hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, among age-old woods and picturesque valleys. Casale Aiola is an old stone farmhouse divided into two parts. In one part of the house lives the owner who, with his discreet presence, will be a sure reference point for any need.
The farmhouse is located about 25 km from the beautiful Cortona, in Tuscany and about 15 km from the village of Trestina, in Umbria. You can do your shopping in either Cortona or Trestina, both of which have shops, supermarkets and services.
From here you have easy access to green Umbria, with its small villages nestled in the lush hills and bucolic landscapes of Lake Trasimeno, Perugia is only 60 km away.
Similarly, once you have reached Cortona, the splendid towns and cities of southern Tuscany will open up for you to discover. From Cortona to the farmhouse the road is perhaps a little long, even though it is all paved. But once you are there you will be rewarded with the absolute tranquillity of the place.
In our opinion Casale Aiola is definitely suitable for groups of families with children. The large green space around the house is perfect for the little ones to run and play in the middle of nature. Also available, in front of the house, is a children's swimming pool (size m. 4x8 - depth 0.60 m., table tennis, table football, children's games and a bowling green. Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
For adults and children there is a large private swimming pool (size 9x16 m. -depth 1,20 m. completely fenced - open from 15 May to 30th September) with bathroom with shower and a small gazebo with fridge to cool down on hot summer days and the tennis court.

A short distance from the city of Arezzo, an ideal starting point for visiting Tuscany, we find Villa Quattro Mori, a charming villa that once belonged to an ancient and noble family of Counts of Arezzo. We recommend you spend an evening in the small alleys of the historic centre, sitting on the stone steps of an ancient basilica, with a glass of wine in your hand.
The highlights of the villa, in our opinion, are certainly the splendid swimming pool with Roman staircase (size m 16x6, depth m. 1.40-2.00 - open from 27 June to 5 September) decorated with precious marble and with changing room and bathroom with shower, the characteristic pergola covered with wisteria and roses with marble fountain and wooden benches where you can spend dreamy days in the company of your book.

Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. It is located on a panoramic position, perched on a high hill, surrounded by olive groves and green woods of oak and holm-oak. The stone farmhouse and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, farmers and chestnut growers, the atmosphere alone will immediately take you back to those times.
The hamlet has been restored preserving its original features and using ancient materials such as terracotta, stone and old wooden beams. Even the furniture, functional and comfortable, has been chosen in respect of rural traditions.
Borgo di Usciano can be reached by an unpaved road through the woods of about 1.5 km, which is well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.
Only 2.5 km away is the village of Palazzo del Pero where you will find a couple of restaurants and some shops.
Only 9 km away is the city of Arezzo and its monuments, shops for shopping enthusiasts, supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of services. But we also recommend that you spend wonderful days discovering the old town centre, its narrow streets and the works of art by Piero della Francesca, Cimabue and Vasari, scattered throughout the city.
The outdoor area of Borgo di Usciano is divided into various panoramic terraces, and you'll be spoilt for choice whether to relax in the solarium by the beautiful infinity pool (size 7x14 m, depth 1-1.60 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), in the shade of a cool tree in the lower part of the garden, or climb the hill with a 360° panorama and a good book to keep you company.

If you decide to spend your vacation at Fattoria Le Chianacce you will find yourself immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, between Arezzo and Siena, overlooking the Valdichiana hills that mark the border between the two provinces.
Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.
The Farm has six apartments, four of which are available to guests, and two inhabited by the owners. At your disposal is a common room with television, laundry, bicycles, ping-pong table and outdoor space equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun and beautiful summer days.

Een privé villa in een klein Toscaanse dorpje.
De villa heeft 2 VERDIEPINGEN: op de eerste verdieping zijn drie slaapkamers, twee dubbele en één twin kamer.
Alle kamers komen met een eigen toilet en badkamer. Airconditioning en Wi-Fi. De verdiepingen zijn met elkaar verbonden door middel van een lift en zodoende ook toegankelijk voor gehandicapten.
De begane grond is een grote ruimte met prachtige rode stenen, een forse LCD flat screen aan de muur en sofa’s om heerlijk te genieten; een modern goed gemeubileerd keukengedeelte en een tafel voor 6 personen.
Vanaf de keuken is er een deur naar buiten. Een extra toilet is buiten te vinden, met douche en ruimte met wasmachine. De tuin met olijfbomen heeft een patio om te genieten van een maaltijd buiten, en een zwembad met dek waar men heerlijk kan genieten in comfortabele stoelen, onder de Toscaanse zon. Villa Fracassini

Beschrijving
Villa Ardene is een mooie stenen woning met air conditioning, WiFi internet en privé zwembad. De woning is comfortabel geschikt voor max. 14 personen in zeven slaapkamers en zeven badkamers. Villa Ardene is 3 km gelegen van Montepulciano (Italië), en slechts 34 km van Cortona in de streek "Orcia Vallei".
Het personeel van de Villa kan verschillende gepersonaliseerde diensten organiseren zoals: begeleide rondleidingen door wijnhuizen in Montepulciano, proeverijtours, E-bike verhuur of tour, pendeldiensten naar de luchthaven en nog veel meer.
De Villa bestaat uit een hoofdgebouw en een dependance omgeven door een prachtige tuin, elk biedt meerdere appartementen en slaapkamers met badkamers. Een gemeenschappelijke eetkamer met keuken is beschikbaar, alleen toegankelijk van buitenaf en niet verbonden met de rest van het eigendom van binnenuit.
Er is ook een externe barbecue, uitgerust met een houtoven en picknickgebied.
Montepulciano is te voet te bereiken vanaf de villa als je van wandelen houdt.
Het maakt deel uit van een werkende boerderij, de eigenaren fokken dieren en verbouwen fruitbomen en groenten. Enkele katten zijn aanwezig op het terrein.

Voor uw vermaak vindt u een privé zwembad waar u kunt ontspannen terwijl u geniet van een heerlijk koel drankje na een drukke dag toeren. Buiten zijn er ook een barbecue en terras. Dineren met vrienden en familie is een grote onderdeel van de Toscaanse cultuur. Maak gebruik van de goed uitgeruste keuken om maaltijden te bereiden met lokale producten terwijl u op vakantie bent. Dit mooie appartement maakte ooit deel uit van een oude boerderij en vormde de schuur en stallen van het huis.

Alle vloeren van deze Toscaanse vakantiewoning zijn van 'cotto toscano' (originele terracotta tegels) en de muren zijn de originele stenen muren of geschilderd in een natuurlijke kleur. In de keuken een antieke gootsteen uit de 17de eeuw en in de woonkamer een enorme, nog werkende open haard (vraagt u gerust naar brandhout), de prachtige veranda is gemaakt van de oorspronkelijke stenen en bakstenen.
