In het gehucht Casaglia, op 4 kilometer van het centrum van Poggibonsi in Toscane, ligt "Giuggiolo", een landelijk vakantiehuis dat bestaat uit 3 afzonderlijke huizen met elk 4 appartementen, totaal 12 zelfstandige eenheden. Het pand is omgeven door een goed onderhouden tuin van 5.000 vierkante meter, volledig omheind en voorzien van een rijke verscheidenheid aan planten en bomen. De ligging biedt gasten privacy en natuurlijke rust te midden van de Toscaanse heuvels.

De tuin van 5.000 vierkante meter is volledig omheind en voorzien van diverse planten en bomen die een rustige omgeving creëren. Het terras biedt een zonnig verblijf waar gasten kunnen ontspannen. Het zwembad meet 14 bij 7 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 160 centimeter en is beschikbaar van 2 mei tot 3 oktober; het wordt regelmatig onderhouden door de eigenaar en tuinman.

De toegang tot "Giuggiolo" verloopt via een onverharde weg van 800 meter. Parkeren is beschikbaar ter plaatse. Het pand is voorzien van elektrische poorten. De eigenaar woont op het terrein. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar. Een wijnproeverij is eenmaal per verblijf inbegrepen en kan bij aankomst worden geregeld; deze vindt plaats in een wijnkelder in de buurt van San Gimignano, ongeveer 17 kilometer van het pand.
