You will find Nonno Tobia on the top of a hill not far from the small and charming village of Magliano in Toscana. Nonno Tobia is a lovely farmhouse in a panoramic position from which, thanks to a recent renovation, three flats have been created, two of which are at your disposal. From the house, which stands on the top of a small hill covered with cereal fields, you can gaze the silhouette of Magliano in Toscana every day. The town, of Etruscan origin, became a strategic medieval village in the 15th century, protected by its imposing and characteristic walls.
All around is the lazy tranquillity of the countryside, which you can enjoy from the furnished portico with your favourite book or a glass of good Morellino di Scansano.
In our opinion, Nonno Tobia's strong point is undoubtedly its geographical position. The farmhouse in the middle of the Maremma countryside, but not too far from the Tyrrhenian coast, will allow you to organise and plan an interesting and varied holiday. You can take suggestive naturalistic excursions, losing yourself in the wild and almost uncontaminated nature of the Park of Maremma or of the WWF Oasis of Orbetello. Spend relaxing days under the warm sun on the golden beaches of the coast, or evenings out for dinner or an aperitif in the renowned tourist centres of the Argentario.
Around the house you will have a large green space shaded by typical Maremma pines and equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and wood-burning oven, for your lunches and barbecues in the open air. At the edge of the garden, a further bonus, there is a beautiful organic vegetable garden tended by the owners from which you can pick and enjoy at will seasonal fruit and vegetables.
To reach the farmhouse, the last stretch of road you have to cover, about 300 m, is not asphalted.

This holiday villa with private swimming pool in Versilia can be reached via a hill road, with curves, sometimes even narrow. The last 300 meters are narrow and steep and not suitable for drivers who are too fearful. The last 100 meters to the private parking (2 spaces) are unpaved.
Near Villa Corsanico there is a small grocery store and a bar. For all other purchases it is necessary to go down the valley (5km). The sea and the beaches of Viareggio are 11km away.

This holiday villa for rent forms a single complex with the adjoining medieval Tower. The two buildings are in a position of extraordinary beauty and can accommodate up to 14 people.
On the ground floor, the holiday villa in Tuscany, offers a large living-room, a dining room, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a single bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. All three bathrooms have a shower, sink, WC and bidet.
On the upper floor are two living rooms – one with a large fireplace – a small study, a double bedroom, two rooms with twin beds and a laundry room. The two bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the other with shower only, have a sink, WC and bidet.
Next to the villa for vacation, which has an overall area of 240 sq.m,, is the fascinating 12th century Tower, 95 sq.m on five levels. The Tower was inhabited in the 15th century by the cartographer Paolo Toscanelli dal Pozzo, who had a decisive influence on Christopher Columbus’ decision to sail west in search of the East Indies.
Inside is an equipped kitchen with fireplace, a single bedroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet.
Outside is a splendid private swimming pool with sunshade and deckchairs, surrounded by a superb green area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.

You will discover that the 'Balze' are a landscape of rare beauty, centuries-old examples of erosion that over the years have formed towers and rocky blades that rise majestically in the valley bottom, and that will catapult you into a suggestive, almost magical world.
The Agriturismo Le Balze is located in the heart of the Alto Valdarno, at the foot of Pratomagno, and 2 km from the village of Castelfranco di Sopra. The nearest shops and supermarkets can be found in Montevarchi or San Giovanni Valdarno, about 10 km away. Here, in the small, pretty towns, you can spend an evening out for dinner or organise an aperitif with friends.
The property is divided into three apartments resulting from the restoration of old farm outbuildings close to the main house where the owners live. Traditional materials such as wood, terracotta and stone were used in the renovation carried out to maintain the building's rural and peasant origins. All the apartments overlook a wooden porch on one side, where you will have your own private space equipped with table and chairs to spend the cool summer evenings at dinner or with your family or friends.
In the large, green garden you will have a practical barbecue and a table tennis. The swimming pool in common use is located at the back of the building (size 6x12 m, depth 1.40 m - open from 10 May to 15 September) and is completely fenced. Laundry and ironing facilities in a common room.
At Agriturismo Le Balze you can taste and buy excellent wine and extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruit, and all the farm's products. But certainly one of its highlights is the small restaurant (maximum 25 seats - reservation required) run by the owners and located on the ground floor of their home, open both to the public and to guests of the agriturismo, where you absolutely must, at least for one evening, taste the delicious typical dishes, which are cooked using tasty local products.

The holiday rental flat Carla is located in Ronchi and Poveromo di Marina di Massa, only 800 metres from the beaches of Versilia. It is located within a building that houses two flats, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor, namely Apartment Carla. The entrance to both holiday apartments is the same, but they have private areas in the garden - not fenced off from each other.
The area is perfect for a summer holiday, immersed in the green pine forest of Ronchi - it enjoys much cooler days and evenings than other areas. In addition, the village centre is only 600 metres away, where you will find a grocery store, post office, pharmacy, bar, butcher's shop, pizzeria and much more.

If you decide to spend your vacation at Fattoria Le Chianacce you will find yourself immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, between Arezzo and Siena, overlooking the Valdichiana hills that mark the border between the two provinces.
Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.

Viareggio is one of the oldest and most famous seaside resort in Italy. Following the stay of Napoleone’s sister Paolina in 1822, the first beach resorts were born, and now Viareggio has become a modern holiday resort full of shops and boutiques, bars and tourist attraction, with over hundred beach resorts more and more elegant and equipped.
The long sandy beach of Lido di Camaiore with its flat seabed, suitable for children, make it an ideal destination for families, but even for all kind of vacationers which will find here a lot of amusement and relax opportunities.

A stroll by bike in the big pinewood of Ponente, where you will find a lot of children’s play area and refreshment stands, golf court in Pietrasanta, a cocktail at the table of a café along the promenade and after dinner in one of the many night clubs situated in Viareggio as well as in Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi which are only some of the entertainment possibilities during your stay.
From Viareggio railway station you will get the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre and walk the wonderful “cammino dell’amore”(way of love).

Villino Bazzani is owned and efficiently and carefully run by a close group of family and friends. They look after their guests’ needs with a calm and pleasant nature that never interferes with the serenity of the surroundings.
Bazzani Apartments is conveniently situated near all the most important cities of artistic and cultural interest that Tuscany has to offer. Easy day trips may be taken to such famous historical centers such as Volterra, Siena, Florence, Casole d’Elsa, Monteriggioni, Colle di Val d’Elsa, and San Gimignano, just to name a few. Vacationers may also choose to visit the less trafficked, but equally enchanting, sights and villages in the surrounding area.
The hamlet also offers its guests the use of a beautiful shared swimming pool (16x8 +3x3 meters annex ) that overlooks the private park. Villino Bazzani vacationers will relish this peaceful vacation spot and enjoy a truly relaxing and memorable holiday.

Beautifully furnished and well-kept detached house with garden in the Montignoso district, approx. 3 km from the sea. The house is reached by a little-used road or path, you can park opposite on the owner's property. The garden is beautifully laid out with many flowers and plants and very well maintained. There are 2 dining tables with chairs.
The house has approx. 80m2, 2 terraces, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, next to the bathroom with washing machine. The spacious living room with pellet stove has a flat screen TV, table and sofa. A few stairs up is the sleeping area with a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with a french bed and an additional bed.
From the house you can admire the panorama of Castello Aghinolfi.

Montignoso is a small independent village between Massa and Forte dei Marmi and also includes Cinquale by the sea. The Apuan Alps are within sight, Carrara and its marble quarries are about 10 minutes away and well worth a visit.

The 12m x 6m swimming pool has one of the most exciting views of the entire region. To the left is the town of Celle Sul Rigo and to the right is the fort town Radicofani. There is a shaded sunbed area with several pool beds and nearby you will find a dedicated pool bathroom. In the early evenings guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and landscapes with seasonal ever changing colors.
At sunset, pour a glass of local vino and relax in the pool or read your favorite book under the shaded pergola, to fully enjoy this dream place.

Casale La Pieve is a wonderful Farmhouse on the hills of the Versilia area in Tuscany, just above Viareggio and Torre del Lago, and from here you can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing sea view over the whole coast.
This holiday farmhouse is composed of 3 independent holiday apartments for rent where each one has its own private outdoor area, such as a terrace or a garden (or both).
The property features a shared pool:
- Open from May till October, from 9AM till 7PM.
- 8,5 m length, 4.5m wide, 1,3m deep.
- Depuration: Chlorine.
The property also features a common outdoor area where everyone can enjoy a specific area without meeting each other:
- small garden at the entrance;
- large garden for children (or adults) with games such as swing, table tennis and slide;

The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. You will feel as if catapulted into another century, in contact with nature and the simplicity of country life.
The town of Monte San Savino with its shops, supermarkets and services of all kinds is about 10 km away. The town also offers typical restaurants where you can enjoy the famous Chianina beef, Tuscan red wines and also excellent pizzas.
The property is divided into two stone buildings, which in turn are divided into four independent apartments. Casa Vana and Casa Linda and the house where the owners live are in the first farmhouse, and Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina are in the second farmhouse. Each apartment has an independent entrance and will have a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor meals.
The owners, after a careful study of the origins and traditions of the place, have decided to keep the original core of the hamlet unaltered, enriching it with sober and essential finishes and furnishings, which will give you the opportunity to experience a holiday in contact with nature and the country lifestyle, together with the comforts of modern life.
The Agriturismo is located in an extremely scenic area, the view you will enjoy from your windows will remain etched in your memories for many years to come. In the farm's woods and olive groves it will be fantastic to take long, relaxing walks; if you love trekking, this is absolutely the place for you.
At your disposal, on hot summer days, is the large swimming pool (size 7x14 m. - depth 1.00-2.50 m. - open from 01 May to 30 September). For sports enthusiasts the tennis court, the table tennis table, and for dinners and grills with friends and family, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. Laundry service and Wi-Fi Internet connection available (Internet on request at the house and in the owner's garden). The perfect place to take your children on holiday! Agriturismo Le Calle is located in the heart of the Maremma about 9 km from Cinigiano and Paganico, and is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation in the hills, and for those who want their children to have an unforgettable experience in contact with nature and the farm animals, such as sheep, the friendly donkeys from Amiata, the Cinta Senese pigs and the Maremma cows.
The farm consists of about 80 hectares and produces excellent Montecucco D.O.C. wines, extra virgin olive oil, Cinta Senese cold cuts, honey, cereals and legumes, with which the owners Riccardo and Savina will be happy to tempt you.
You can take a dip in the sea with wonderful trips, even daily, to the seaside resorts on the golden Tyrrhenian coast. Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto and Marina di Alberese are about 50 km away and can be reached in just over 30 minutes by car.
The Agriturismo Le Calle is composed of 4 holiday apartments, 3 of which are in the farm centre, (Carola, Olinto and Bandiera) and the CASETTA LE CALLE which is 2 km away, reachable by an unpaved road, not advisable for sports cars. Casetta Le Calle is particularly recommended for those who wish to maintain their privacy, where a breathtaking 360° panorama awaits you around the house. Green and gentle hills, which in every season and in every moment of the day will give you unforgettable images and colours.
Adjacent to the farmhouse, where the owner's house is also located, you will find the swimming pool (size 6x12 m - depth 1,20 - 1,70 m - open from 01st May to 15 October), the laundry room, a bathroom with shower, and the park with children's playground.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
During the months of July and August during your stay the owner will organise a trip in an AGRIBUS, a tractor-drawn trailer for transporting people, a modern version of an ox-drawn cart, and will take you around the farm to admire the beautiful landscape of the Maremma. A family experience you won't forget.
After the trip, all participants will be offered a tasting dinner with the farm's products (included in the price for bookings of at least one week), evenings in company and joy shared with other guests and the owner's family that will remain in your fondest memories.
