Beschrijving van de accommodatie
Agriturismo del Talozzo ligt in het rustige district Sant'Anastasio, op 7 km van het historische centrum van Arezzo in Toscane. Dit omheinde agriturismo is gelegen in het adembenemende Toscaanse landschap en biedt gasten een gedeelde, serene omgeving. Het landgoed beschikt over een goed onderhouden tuin met bomen en open weilandgebieden. De eigenaar en tuinman wonen op het terrein en zorgen voor het onderhoud van de accommodatie.
Buitenruimtes
De tuin is voorzien van volwassen bomen en open weilandgebieden die een natuurlijk schaduwrijk en schilderachtig kader bieden. Het zwembad meet 11 x 6 meter en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 september; het wordt regelmatig onderhouden door de eigenaar en tuinman. Het omheinde terrein biedt veiligheid en privacy.
Praktische informatie
Er is voldoende parkeerruimte ter plaatse, bereikbaar via een 50 meter lange onverharde weg. Het agriturismo is een werkend landbouwbedrijf waar gasten tijdens hun verblijf activiteiten rond dierhouderij kunnen observeren. De eigenaar woont in een apart halfvrijstaand huis op het landgoed en handhaaft daarmee de privacy van de gasten. Op het terrein is een hond aanwezig. Het omheinde terrein draagt bij aan een veilige en besloten sfeer.

Beschrijving
Deze middeleeuwse boerderij staat in het hart van de Crete Sienese nabij het middeleeuwse dorpje Asciano. Dit gebied dat zich ten zuid oosten van Siena uitstrekt is wellicht het meest ongerepte stukje van Toscane. De Crete (klei) Sienese kenmerkt zich als een maanlandschap van kale, opeenvolgende klei heuvels met fascinerende uitzichten. Iets meer naar het zuiden worden glooiende, gouden heuvels bedekt met granen weer afgewisseld door wijn/olijfgaarden en bossen.
Agriturismo Il Molinello is van oorsprong een oude molen die dateert uit de middeleeuwen. Deze omgeving is bekend om de winning van travertin (kalksteen) dat in de tijd van de Etrusken al werd gebruikt voor de bouw van graven. Een van deze Etruskische graven bevindt zich bij het landgoed en kan op verzoek worden bezocht.
Agriturismo Il Molinello is een biologisch landbouw bedrijf dat groente, fruit, olijfolie en truffels produceert. Het is een echt familie bedrijf dat gerund wordt door het jonge echtpaar Elisa en Alessandro en hun ouders die allen in het grote landhuis wonen. In totaal zijn er 5 vakantie appartementen; 2 in het grote landhuis en 3 in de cottage op he landgoed. Alle appartementen zijn gerenoveerd en hebben een Toscaanse inrichting.
Het landgoed heeft een grote tuin met zwembad en een aantal speeltoestellen voor jonge kinderen. Er is veel ruimte voor kinderen om te spelen/rennen en tevens zijn er volop zitmogelijkheden voor de gasten in de tuin. De eigenaars hebben 2 lieve honden (labrador) en en gasten mogen ook hun hond meebrengen (vooraf aangeven).
Deze mooie omgeving leent zich uitstekend voor het maken van fietstochten. Alessandro, zelf een fietsliefhebber organiseert op verzoek fietstochten.
In het wijnproeflokaal van de boerderij wordt er voor de gasten ook wijnproeverijen georganiseerd (afhankelijk van het seizoen). Alessandro die sommalier is kan u alles vertellen over de verschillende lokale wijnen. Op verzoek worden er ook wijntours georganiseerd.

The Pieve di Sant'Ippolito is a small outbuilding in the heart of the Crete Senesi. You will find it on the outskirts of the village of Asciano, in a panoramic and sunny position. The property is composed of the manor house where the owners' family lives, an annexe and the very ancient Church of "Sant'Ippolito e Cassiano", whose origins date back to the 3rd-4th century AD. Inside the church you can admire a beautiful fresco painted by several renowned artists of the Umbrian school, such as Pinturicchio and Raphael, but erroneously attributed to the Sienese painter Giacomo Pacchiarotti a minor artist of the Sienese school. On 13 August, for the feast of Saints Ippolito and Cassiano, the church will be open to the public and a Holy Mass will be celebrated there. During the rest of the year, being part of private property, the owners allow it to be opened only on rare occasions, while guests of the house will be able to visit it freely.
You will reach the village of Asciano, with shops and services of all kinds, by a pleasant walk of just a few minutes.
All around the house you will find a large, fully fenced garden equipped with children's games, a table tennis table, barbecue and tables and chairs for your outdoor meals. The beautiful round swimming pool (dimensions 13 x 8 m, depth 1.20 - 2.10 m) with water geyser, infinity edge with waterfall and 3-seater whirlpool bath will be at your disposal during the whole year. Near the pool there are two gazebos furnished with relaxing armchairs, table, deckchairs and sun loungers for your days of rest in the company of your favourite book. Some outdoor spaces and the swimming pool are in common use with the owners.

Villa Cecilia is an old farmhouse dating back to before 1800. You will find it perched on a hill in the heart of the Valdichiana, about 4 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, a characteristic village where you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and all necessities.
The farmhouse has been recently and carefully restored under the careful guidance of the owners, who strongly wished to maintain its ancient origins and characteristics. The original terracotta tiled floors, the high ceilings with wooden beams, all coordinated with quality furnishings, with fine antiques, are a perfect match for the characteristics of the villa. You will feel a sense of warmth at the villa, you will feel welcomed and pampered, perfectly in harmony with your surroundings.
The history of the farmhouse is also fascinating. In ancient times, the Valdichiana was a swamp and before the land reclamation took place, its waters lapped the land of the property and just a few steps from the house there was a small harbour for boats that connected by water to the surrounding villages.
Today the villa is part of a farm that includes vineyards, cereal crops, farmyard animals and beautiful horses. About 1 km away, at the owners' residence, you will be able to enjoy the organic produce from their vegetable garden free of charge. Their paddocks, should you travel with your horses, will be at your disposal (service available for a fee).
Around the villa, you will enjoy a large, completely fenced green space perfect for your morning or evening walks even with your four-legged friends. Inside the park there is also a woodland path (approx. 500 m) where you can relax, walk and organise cool snacks.

Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. It is located on a panoramic position, perched on a high hill, surrounded by olive groves and green woods of oak and holm-oak. The stone farmhouse and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, farmers and chestnut growers, the atmosphere alone will immediately take you back to those times.
The hamlet has been restored preserving its original features and using ancient materials such as terracotta, stone and old wooden beams. Even the furniture, functional and comfortable, has been chosen in respect of rural traditions.
Borgo di Usciano can be reached by an unpaved road through the woods of about 1.5 km, which is well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.
Only 2.5 km away is the village of Palazzo del Pero where you will find a couple of restaurants and some shops.
Only 9 km away is the city of Arezzo and its monuments, shops for shopping enthusiasts, supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of services. But we also recommend that you spend wonderful days discovering the old town centre, its narrow streets and the works of art by Piero della Francesca, Cimabue and Vasari, scattered throughout the city.
The outdoor area of Borgo di Usciano is divided into various panoramic terraces, and you'll be spoilt for choice whether to relax in the solarium by the beautiful infinity pool (size 7x14 m, depth 1-1.60 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), in the shade of a cool tree in the lower part of the garden, or climb the hill with a 360° panorama and a good book to keep you company.

Het vakantiehuis "Santa Cristina" ligt in de heuvels van Ficulle in Umbrië, op 430 meter hoogte. Dit gerenoveerde halfvrijstaande huis combineert rustieke charme met moderne comfort. Het pand beschikt over een gedeelde tuin van 1.000 vierkante meter en biedt een rustig verblijf in het hart van de natuur.
Buitenruimtes
Het privé bovengrondse zwembad meet 6 x 4 meter met een diepte van 120 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 15 oktober. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. Een pergola biedt een schaduwrijke plek voor ontspanning of dineren buiten; tuinmeubilair nodigt uit om te ontspannen en van het landschap te genieten. De gedeelde tuin van 1.000 vierkante meter biedt ruimte voor wandelingen en buitenactiviteiten.

Het vakantiehuis is bereikbaar via een 2 kilometer lange smalle toegangsweg. Parkeerplaats voor 2 auto's is ter plaatse beschikbaar. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar. Een auto wordt aanbevolen om het pand en de omgeving volledig te kunnen genieten, gezien de landelijke ligging. Boekingen van groepen jongeren worden niet geaccepteerd. Samenvatting van de Accommodatie
Genesteld in een schilderachtige vallei halverwege Rome en Florence, ligt deze villa net buiten het pittoreske Umbrische stadje Ficulle in Italië. Ooit de residentie van een gerenommeerd filmmaker, beschikt het pand over een opmerkelijke collectie kunst en handwerk van over de hele wereld, waardoor het een werkelijk onderscheidende en boeiende verblijfplaats is. Deze prachtig gerestaureerde stenen boerderij ligt op een biologische boerderij, omgeven door eeuwenoude olijfbomen en weelderige tuinen, met weids uitzicht over het landschap. De sfeer is rustig en afgelegen, maar de locatie blijft gunstig, op slechts 15 minuten van Cetona en het charmante stadje San Casciano dei Bagni, geprezen om zijn boetiekwinkels, uitnodigende restaurants en traditionele koffiebars. Gelegen op 100 acres olijfgaarden en eikenbos, ligt het pand in een afgelegen, ongerepte vallei en is gecertificeerd als biologische boerderij. Het uitgestrekte panoramische zwembad meet 18 x 7 meter en wordt omlijst door geurige mediterrane planten, gelegen in het hart van de aangelegde tuinen. Voor gezinnen is het gehele zwembadgebied omheind voor de veiligheid van kinderen. Naast het zwembad bevindt zich een Pool House met een woonkamer, badkamer, sauna en kleine fitnessruimte. Onder de pergola, grenzend aan het Pool House, vindt u de ingang naar een goed gevulde wijnkelder, die een samengestelde selectie Italiaanse wijnen biedt op basis van een vertrouwenssysteem.
