Moreover, if you like cycling or if you love motorbikes, the road between Monte San Savino and Siena offers beautiful views and breathtaking landscapes.
In Palazzolo Alto you will find a large, panoramic garden. On hot summer days you can relax on the sun terrace of the private swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.00-1.40 m, completely fenced - open from 17 May to 30th September) and enjoy a refreshing dip. Casa Felice is the ideal place for families and groups of friends. In the large garden shaded by a huge centuries-old oak and olive trees there are the swimming pool (size 9x4 m. - depth 1,50 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) the barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas. The 1,100 sq m park of Villa Irma is laid out in a revisited Baroque style, with large areas of lawn interspersed with sandstone, grit, and gravel paving. Majestic larches and cypresses provide generous natural shade, while viburnums, rose bushes, hydrangeas, and hibiscus add colour and fragrance throughout the seasons. A large Baroque fountain featuring horses and shells welcomes guests at the main entrance, and stone statues are thoughtfully integrated throughout the grounds, lending the garden an impressive and distinguished character. The entire property is fully enclosed: along the sides bordering neighbouring buildings, a perimeter wall is softened by bamboo plants and vines, while the sides facing the road and avenue are bordered by railings and hedges of young red robin photinias, typical of noble residences. From the road, an automatic entrance gate leads to a stabilised white gravel driveway connecting to the parking area. A separate pedestrian gate opens onto the tree-lined avenue that links the villa to the spa along a pleasant walk through the residential area of Cafaggio.
The swimming pool is situated on the same level as the ground floor, approximately 30 metres away, reached via the gravel driveway and lawn and then up a few stone steps. The rectangular pool measures 5 x 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 2.20 metres. Unit Layout
Villa Irma accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over 3 floors connected by an internal staircase. From the garden with the large fountain, the main entrance opens into a reception area with the staircase leading to the upper floors. On one side, this area connects to the living room, and on the other to a hallway with a secondary entrance, a guest bathroom, and an auxiliary kitchen with a service area.
The living room, equipped with a Smart, Satellite, and Sky TV, features 3 independent exits into the garden, both on the fountain side and on the pool side, and leads through to the dining room, which in turn connects to the main kitchen. The main kitchen, designed for show cooking, is linked to the fully equipped auxiliary kitchen, which includes an American fridge and a pantry wall. The rooms on the ground floor are arranged in a circular path, allowing for easy and efficient circulation throughout the space.
The first floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area. It comprises 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and 4 further double bedrooms served by 2 additional bathrooms with shower, all accessible from the corridor. Each bedroom on this floor is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV.
The second floor houses a large multipurpose room featuring a billiard table, living areas, a Smart TV, a fully equipped bar, a dining table, a guest bathroom, and 2 portable air conditioners. The volterrane flooring on this floor evokes the style of the large ornamental fireplace, while white herringbone boiserie on the walls harmonises with the slightly sloping ceiling. The property is fully enclosed and benefits from an automatic entrance gate, ensuring privacy and security throughout your stay. Uncovered parking for up to 4 cars is available on site, near the laundry room. The pedestrian gate opens onto the tree-lined avenue connecting the villa to the spa, just a short walk away.
Pets are accepted at Villa Irma subject to prior authorisation by the owner. Guests must communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals before arrival. A mandatory extra cleaning fee applies in the event of animals staying at the property.
Heating is available from November through May. Pool heating is available on request and the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Pozzonovo is an old farmhouse divided into 3 comfortable apartments and is the result of the skilful and careful renovation of a stone building. The three units have independent entrances and in the garden their own area equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your meals in the open air.
You will find the farmhouse immersed in the Valdichiana countryside and, at the same time, close to the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, which can be easily reached on foot with a walk of about 1.5 km. From the railway station in Castiglion Fiorentino it will be easy to travel by train for day trips to Florence, Rome and other interesting cities in central Italy.
We advise you to immerse yourself in the life of the small village, its shops, bars and restaurants; you will get a glimpse of country life that still harks back to ancient traditions and customs.
The stone walls, wooden and brick ceilings and simple but comfortable furnishings give the apartments a special charm. You will immediately feel at home, welcomed by a warm atmosphere and by Mrs Rita, the owner, who is always ready to assist her guests in times of need.

The structure was born from the recovery of old farm outbuildings close to the main house where the owners live, who will be, albeit in a discreet manner, a point of reference for all your needs.
The owners, thanks to careful renovation using traditional materials such as wood, terracotta and stone and comfortable furnishings, have ensured that the villa is perfect for spending a comfortable and restful holiday.
Villa Le Balze overlooks on one side a wooden porch, equipped with table and chairs and perfect for your dinners and evenings in company, and the lush garden where you will have a barbecue and a table tennis. On the other side, the house overlooks the swimming pool area (size 6x12 m, depth 1.40 m - open from 10 May to 15 September), which is completely fenced off and for the exclusive use of guests.
At Agriturismo Le Balze you can taste and purchase excellent wine and extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruit, and all the products of the farm. In addition, on the ground floor of the house where the owners live you will find a small restaurant (maximum 25 seats), open both to the public and to guests of the villa. Galleria di Brolio is an old stone farmhouse whose origins date back to 1800, located between two of the most important towns of the Valdichiana, Castiglion Fiorentino and Foiano, and which is now part of the owners' farm. You will find the farmhouse just a few kilometres from the two towns and in both, as well as various monuments and sites of artistic interest that are definitely worth a visit, you will have shops, restaurants and all kinds of services. The small historic centres of the villages will be a pleasant destination for your aperitifs or dinners at the restaurant.
The farmhouse takes its name from the Galleria di Brolio, a conduit that is still in operation today and is located on the edge of the olive grove. The conduit is part of the canal built between 1932 and 1940 to improve the flow of water towards the Arno, planned by the engineer Vittorio Fossombroni for the reclamation of the valley at the end of the 18th century.
Galleria di Brolio is situated on the edge of a wood of about 20 hectares of oaks and pines used as a hunting reserve for the repopulation of animals; they live here in the utmost freedom and if you love wildlife you will frequently see hares and pheasants running in the olive grove, the vineyard and even in the house lawn.
On the ground floor there is the apartment where the owners live, as well as a cellar and a shed for the farm's agricultural tools, while the first floor is reserved for you. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable, enriched with local antiques, and blend in perfectly with the old features of the house. Not far away, on the other side of the wood, passes the railway line that connects central Italy with the main cities of the peninsula (Florence, Bologna, Rome, Milan), so it will be easy to move around even without a car.
A few metres from the house, surrounded by silver olive trees, you will find a beautiful swimming pool completely fenced and for your exclusive use (size 11x5 m, depth 1.10-1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), together with a gazebo equipped with garden furniture, which will allow you to shelter from the hot summer sun.
There is also a large pergola supplied with wrought iron furniture for eating outside, equipped with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, for those evenings when you want to enjoy a pizza or a grill “al fresco”.
The owner, on request, will prepare excellent typical Tuscan dinners and pizzas in the wood-fired oven which, we are told by customers who have stayed at the house, are truly delicious.

Het pand is een zorgvuldig gerestaureerd historisch gebouw waarin elk detail is uitgekozen om een ongeëvenaard verblijf te bieden, van het wellnessgedeelte met een whirlpooltub voor maximaal 7 personen, een sauna en een massageruimte, tot de satelliet-smarttelevisies met Netflix-streaming en een stereo multi-room audiosysteem.
Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes van Villa Letizia omvatten een particuliere tuin en een reeks grote terrassen op verschillende niveaus, elk gericht op het uitzicht over het meer. Praktische informatie
Villa Letizia kan in 2 configuraties worden gehuurd: het hoofdgebouw alleen of het hoofdgebouw samen met de Lake Suite, elk tegen verschillende tarieven. De Lake Suite kan niet onafhankelijk aan andere gasten worden verhuurd als het hoofdgebouw al is geboekt. De minimale verblijfsduur is 7 nachten met zaterdag als wisseldag. Check-in is mogelijk van 16:00 tot 19:00 uur; check-out is om 09:00 uur. Late aankomst kan op verzoek en met goedkeuring van de eigenaar worden geregeld. Een terugvorderbare borg van 3.000 euro wordt bij aankomst in contanten geïnd en bij vertrek terugbetaald, minus eventuele schadevergoeding. De historische stad Como met haar treinstation, dat uitstekende vervoersverbindingen biedt, ligt slechts 7 km verderop en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor dagtochten naar de kathedraal, de waterfront-promenade en het levendige stadscentrum. Accommodatie Pozza Di Volpaia is een fijne stenen woning (300 m2) met privé zwembad en WiFi internet. De woning is comfortabel geschikt voor max. 11 personen in zes slaapkamers en vijf badkamers.
Wat Staat U Te Wachten
Dit huis ligt in het versterkte middeleeuwse gehucht Volpaia, in het Chianti Classico-gebied, op een afgelegen plek die volledige privacy biedt aan de gasten. Het is slechts 300 m lopen naar het centrum van het gehucht, met 2 restaurants. Een van de restaurants wordt beheerd door het landbouwbedrijf Castello di Volpaia (lokale keuken). Kooklessen worden op aanvraag georganiseerd door het Engels sprekende lokale personeel.
Wanneer u aankomt wordt u ontvangen door de eigenaar of beheerder en vindt u een prachtige, schone en goed onderhouden woning met uitzicht over de heuvels perfect voor een geweldige vakantie in Toscane. Voor uw vermaak vindt u een privé zwembad waar u kunt uitrusten terwijl u geniet van een heerlijk koel drankje na een hectische dag winkelen. Als u van koken houdt is er een goed uitgeruste keuken met o.a. koffiezetapparaat, magnetron oven, broodrooster en ijskast en natuurlijk voldoende servies en bestek voor tot 11 personen.
