Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes van Villa Moresca vormen een van de meest aantrekkelijke kenmerken van het pand. Deze verdieping biedt ook directe toegang tot een panoramisch terras uitgerust voor buiten dineren, 1 toilet met wastafel, en 3 slaapkamers met twee bedden elk met een privébadkamer met douche, waarvan 2 toegang hebben tot het panoramische terras. De tweede verdieping beneden herbergt 1 slaapkamer met twee bedden met privébadkamer met douche, een fitnessruimte met Turks bad, het privézwembad en toegang tot de panoramische tuin. Een lift verbindt alle verdiepingen. Positano vereist vanwege de topografie het beklimmen van meerdere treden bij voetverkeer; gasten met mobiliteitsbeperkingen dienen zich hiervan bewust te zijn.

De keuken beschikt over een houtgestookte pizzaoven, vaatwasser, wasmachine en alle essentiële apparaten. De verwarming bestaat uit airconditionering en winterverwarming. Een satelliet-flatscreentelevisie is aanwezig. Wi-Fi is gratis beschikbaar in het gehele pand. Een fitnessruimte met Turks bad en een outdoor whirlpool zijn ter beschikking van de gasten.
Overige informatie
Een omheind overdekt parkeerterrein op het terrein biedt plaats aan maximaal 2 auto's. De auto is niet essentieel voor een verblijf gegeven de nabijheid van het centrum, hoewel parkeerruimte beschikbaar is voor wie met de auto komt. Villa Moresca is geïdentificeerd met CIN IT065100B4FYG4943L. Check-in is beschikbaar vanaf 15:00 en check-out moet worden afgerond voor 10:00. Een terugvorderbare schadevergoeding van 1.500 euro is verschuldigd bij aankomst en wordt bij vertrek terugbetaald, minus eventuele schadeclaims. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan op het pand. Een toeristenbelasting is van toepassing van 1 april tot 31 oktober tegen een tarief van 2,50 euro per persoon per dag voor gasten van 10 jaar en ouder. Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
Het centrum van Positano, wereldwijd bekend om zijn fantastische uitzichten en huizen gebouwd in de rots, ligt op slechts 500 meter afstand. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand bevindt zich op 800 meter van de villa, terwijl de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ongeveer 400 meter verderop ligt. De SITA-bushalte voor de lijn Amalfi-Sorrento bevindt zich op slechts 100 meter van het pand en biedt een praktische openbaar vervoersverbinding langs de kust.

Villa Iris is located on the outskirts of the village of Corchiano. You can reach the centre comfortably on foot, without having to use your car for transport. In Corchiano you will find small shops and supermarkets as well as pizzerias and typical restaurants.
The villa is located in ancient Etruscan territory, on the slopes of the Cimini mountains, where numerous Etruscan tombs were found. You can explore the area enjoying the significant archaeological finds, preserved in the Forte Sangallo museum in Civita Castellana and also in the Valle Giulia museum in Rome. The surrounding green hills are dotted with small, characteristic villages that are well worth a day trip.
Around the villa there is a large green area equipped with garden furniture at the edge of which there is a beautiful, large swimming pool (size 6x15 m, depth 0.80 m - 1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), perfect on hot summer days.

If you decide to spend your holiday at Villa Leopoldina, you can stay in a historic building, a splendid example of a typical Tuscan house designed in the 18th century by the architects of Grand Duke Leopold of Lorraine, with the characteristic four overlapping arches on the façade. It will be a plunge into the past, when families were very numerous and these huge homes housed several generations under the same roof.
In front of the villa you will find the private garden and on the right-hand side the beautiful swimming pool (size 12x5 m, depth 1.40 m, completely enclosed - open from 01st May to 30th September). From here, every day, you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view over the city of Arezzo and its valleys, a view that becomes even more suggestive at night with the thousands of tiny lights that seem to chase each other. You will reach the centre of Arezzo in less than 10 minutes by car and here you will find all the necessary amenities and services, as well as museums, magnificent churches, cathedrals and monuments to visit.
One of the villa's bonuses is certainly its location. It is located within the Pomaio winery, a renowned winery that produces its excellent wines following the rules of eco-sustainability.
