Reggine Vineyard is een prachtig gerenoveerde 18de-eeuwse boerderij in het hart van Toscane, gelegen in Castellina In Chianti, Italië. Het pand maakt deel uit van een groter landgoed met 3 andere villa's, omgeven door rollende wijngaarden en oude olijfboomgaarden met adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht op de karakteristieke heuvels van dit beroemde deel van Toscane. De villa staat op een heuvel boven het dal en biedt weids uitzicht op de omliggende wijngaarden.
De villa is zorgvuldig gerestaureerd met behoud van de originele externe Toscaanse stenen muren, terwijl het interieur volledig is ingericht met eigentijdse meubels. De hoofdingang geeft toegang tot een ruim open-plan woon- en eetgedeelte met zithoeken, een flatscreen satelliet-televisie en een eettafel. Een volledig uitgeruste keuken grenst aan deze ruimte, met grote ramen die uitzicht bieden op het landschap. Op dit niveau bevindt zich ook een gastenbadkamer. The entrance of the vacation villa, where a stone inscription testifies to the ancient origins of the building, dating back to the late 16th century, leads on one side to a large and bright fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, and on the other to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

You will find the Agriturismo Le Balze in the heart of the Alto Valdarno, at the foot of Pratomagno, and 2 km from the small village of Castelfranco di Sopra. All around is a natural landscape of rare beauty, which will captivate you from the first moment, characterised by the presence of the 'Balze', secular examples of erosion that over the years have formed towers and rocky blades that rise majestically in the valley bottom.
In about 30 minutes by car you will be able to reach Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. City of the ancient Medici family, a heritage not to be missed, with its artistic masterpieces, the colourful marble of the churches and the lofty architecture, the ancient bridges over the Arno river and the majestic noble palaces with their immense gardens adorned with fountains, sculptures, grottoes, staircases and paths.

Villa Torre del Chianti is a unique property in the heart of the Chianti reagion in Tuscany, a step away from Radda in Chianti, surrounded by the world wide famous Chianti wineries. A peaceful location where guests can admire of the harmonious Chianti hills that are offering spectacular views with unique sunsets. From the villa is easy to access most of the historic cities and towns of Tuscany such as Florece, Siena, San Gimignano, the area is full of castles and antique monasteries producing local food and wine on where client can organize day trips.
The villa has a private fenced garden which surround the entire property, the villa owner also produce wine and can organize tasting at the property or to the wineries with the visit of the fields.
