Het complex bestaat uit 4 afzonderlijke huizen, elk met een vredige en ontspannende sfeer en uitzicht op het omringende landschap. Het landgoed beslaat een oppervlakte van 14 hectare en is geschikt voor families en groepen die een verfijnd verblijf zoeken in een van Italië's meest gevierde regio's. "Le Muricce" is een vakantiehuis gelegen in het landelijke gebied van Pergine Valdarno in Italië, omgeven door bomen, velden en wijngaarden. Het pand, gebouwd in 2000, bestaat uit 5 individueel ingerichte en gemeubileerde appartementen. Het vakantiehuis ligt op een terrein van 4 hectare omheind land en biedt een rustige omgeving voor gezinnen die aan het stadsleven willen ontsnappen.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 15 x 7 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 150 cm en is beschikbaar van 8 mei tot 30 september; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. Borgo Fontana is een prachtig gerestaureerd landhuis uit de 18de eeuw, gelegen op een zonnige heuvel in het hart van Toscane, op slechts 4 km van het charmante stadje Vinci. Het complex omvat 7 appartementen en strekt zich uit over 20 hectare ongerepte plattelandsnatuur, omgeven door weilanden, open velden en glooiende wijngaarden. De accommodatie biedt een rustig en authentiek Toscaans verblijf voor families, groepen en reizigers die een vredige landelijke ervaring zoeken. Het terrein beschikt over een natuurlijke vijver en volwassen bomen die bijdragen aan de serene sfeer van het landgoed.

The Pieve di Sant'Ippolito is a small outbuilding in the heart of the Crete Senesi. You will find it on the outskirts of the village of Asciano, in a panoramic and sunny position. The property is composed of the manor house where the owners' family lives, an annexe and the very ancient Church of "Sant'Ippolito e Cassiano", whose origins date back to the 3rd-4th century AD. Inside the church you can admire a beautiful fresco painted by several renowned artists of the Umbrian school, such as Pinturicchio and Raphael, but erroneously attributed to the Sienese painter Giacomo Pacchiarotti a minor artist of the Sienese school. On 13 August, for the feast of Saints Ippolito and Cassiano, the church will be open to the public and a Holy Mass will be celebrated there. During the rest of the year, being part of private property, the owners allow it to be opened only on rare occasions, while guests of the house will be able to visit it freely.
You will reach the village of Asciano, with shops and services of all kinds, by a pleasant walk of just a few minutes.
All around the house you will find a large, fully fenced garden equipped with children's games, a table tennis table, barbecue and tables and chairs for your outdoor meals. The beautiful round swimming pool (dimensions 13 x 8 m, depth 1.20 - 2.10 m) with water geyser, infinity edge with waterfall and 3-seater whirlpool bath will be at your disposal during the whole year. Near the pool there are two gazebos furnished with relaxing armchairs, table, deckchairs and sun loungers for your days of rest in the company of your favourite book. Villa Gioiosa is an old stone house that once belonged to the nearby Benedictine monastery and was used by the monks as a chestnut dryer, of which the surrounding woods are rich. Today the house has been completely restored, maintaining the characteristics of the old Tuscan farmhouse, both in the architectural features and in the furnishings, enriched with local antiques.
A few kilometres away is the village of Monte San Savino, famous for its ceramics and its beautiful alleyways and buildings, offering shops, supermarkets, restaurants and services of all kinds.

Calanchi Residence is a small tourist complex with a large garden, a swimming pool for adults, a swimming pool for children and a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
The Residence, consisting of two houses for a total of 15 apartments, is located a stone's throw from the small medieval stone village called Sughera, in the municipality of Montaione (FI) in a very central position with respect to the main tourist destinations and attractions of Tuscany.
For this reason Calanchi Residence is perfect as a base for various excursions in Tuscany, all reachable in about 1 hour by car.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and a covered outdoor area.
The apartments offer 3 to 5 beds, two bathrooms, large living room / kitchen with double sofa bed (on request), kitchen well furnished, satellite TV, fridge, freeezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, WI-FI, mosquito nets, air conditioning.

Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. Tuscany is full not only of famous cities with monuments, churches and museums to visit, but also of small villages that look like jewels set on its gentle hills.
