"Le Muricce" is een vakantiehuis gelegen in het landelijke gebied van Pergine Valdarno in Italië, omgeven door bomen, velden en wijngaarden. Het pand, gebouwd in 2000, bestaat uit 5 individueel ingerichte en gemeubileerde appartementen. Het vakantiehuis ligt op een terrein van 4 hectare omheind land en biedt een rustige omgeving voor gezinnen die aan het stadsleven willen ontsnappen.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 15 x 7 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 150 cm en is beschikbaar van 8 mei tot 30 september; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. De natuurlijke tuin en open weiland omringen het zwembad en nodigen uit tot verkenning en ontspanning. Tuinmeubilair is aanwezig in de buitenruimtes. Een barbecueplaats staat ter beschikking voor gasten die buiten willen eten; een tafeltennistafel biedt recreatiemogelijkheden voor alle leeftijden. Borgo Fontana is een prachtig gerestaureerd landhuis uit de 18de eeuw, gelegen op een zonnige heuvel in het hart van Toscane, op slechts 4 km van het charmante stadje Vinci. Het complex omvat 7 appartementen en strekt zich uit over 20 hectare ongerepte plattelandsnatuur, omgeven door weilanden, open velden en glooiende wijngaarden. De accommodatie biedt een rustig en authentiek Toscaans verblijf voor families, groepen en reizigers die een vredige landelijke ervaring zoeken. Het terrein beschikt over een natuurlijke vijver en volwassen bomen die bijdragen aan de serene sfeer van het landgoed.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 6 x 12 meter met een diepte van 150 cm en is beschikbaar van april tot oktober. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembadgebied. De tuinen zijn voorzien van tuinmeubilair en bieden veel ruimte om te wandelen en te ontspannen; een natuurlijke vijver voegt een schilderachtig element toe aan het terrein. Villa Cecilia is an old farmhouse dating back to before 1800. You will find it perched on a hill in the heart of the Valdichiana, about 4 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, a characteristic village where you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and all necessities.
The farmhouse has been recently and carefully restored under the careful guidance of the owners, who strongly wished to maintain its ancient origins and characteristics. The original terracotta tiled floors, the high ceilings with wooden beams, all coordinated with quality furnishings, with fine antiques, are a perfect match for the characteristics of the villa. You will feel a sense of warmth at the villa, you will feel welcomed and pampered, perfectly in harmony with your surroundings.
The history of the farmhouse is also fascinating. In ancient times, the Valdichiana was a swamp and before the land reclamation took place, its waters lapped the land of the property and just a few steps from the house there was a small harbour for boats that connected by water to the surrounding villages.
Today the villa is part of a farm that includes vineyards, cereal crops, farmyard animals and beautiful horses. About 1 km away, at the owners' residence, you will be able to enjoy the organic produce from their vegetable garden free of charge. Their paddocks, should you travel with your horses, will be at your disposal (service available for a fee).
Around the villa, you will enjoy a large, completely fenced green space perfect for your morning or evening walks even with your four-legged friends. Inside the park there is also a woodland path (approx. 500 m) where you can relax, walk and organise cool snacks.
For your days at home, there is a beautiful infinity swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.35 m - open from 01 May to 30 September), with a Roman staircase, bicycles at your disposal, a beautiful porch well equipped with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy a book or an aperitif in company, the barbecue for your cookouts and also games for your children. Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. The furnishings, in typical rustic Tuscan style, make an important contribution to creating a charming and evocative atmosphere.
Inside the property there is a fourth apartment at the disposal of the owner and his guests.
Outside, you can benefit from a solarium equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas, and from an evocative, large swimming pool (size 15x6 m, depth 0.90-2.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) suspended over the panorama, from where you can be lulled by the enchanting landscape of the Tuscan hills.
The relative proximity to the exits of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (Km. 15 at Valdarno or Incisa exits) will allow you, when you do not prefer to relax by the pool, to reach Firenze and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and central Italy in just a few minutes.
Tuscany is full not only of famous cities with monuments, churches and museums to visit, but also of small villages that look like jewels set on its gentle hills. Small clusters, more or less known, in the middle of the countryside or the green woods, where you can discover the region, the most authentic one.
During your stay it will be possible to go trekking, mountain biking, or on road trips, even accompanied by expert guides. On request, the owner will prepare typical Tuscan lunches and dinners. La Greppia
