Villa Rossana, villa for rent in Mazara del Vallo (Sicily), is a prestigious holiday home with swimming pool consisting of 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a kitchen with living room and dining room. The interior furnishings in a classic style are refined and refined.
The villa for rent is located in a residential area just a few minutes from the town and the beaches, which can also be easily reached by bike.
The entrance to the structure takes place from a convenient electrified gate that leads to the internal garden of the villa, as well as from a walkable gate at the back, the entire structure is fenced.
The private garden, with the curvilinear swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, is rich in Mediterranean vegetation which makes the stay pleasant and in absolute privacy.
The exterior is furnished with sun loungers and a covered patio with flag sails and comfortable seating. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a wooden veranda complete with sink, gas hob, barbecue, refrigerator and dining table for six guests.
Inside, the living area consists of a double living room, the first at the stairs leading to the first floor is furnished with two sofas, and the second with three sofas positioned around a small table.
Continuing, on the ground floor, there is the kitchen opening onto a third living room with sofas and fireplace with TV.
The island kitchen is complete with a gas hob with extractor hood. There are also two sinks, a microwave oven, an electric oven, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine and a large preparation surface that can also be used to serve breakfast.
Also on the ground floor there is the prestigious bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a bathtub, a sink with mirror, a bidet and a toilet.
The sleeping area, reachable from the stairs with a balcony, is located on the first floor and consists of four bedrooms, three of which are double and one with two single beds.
The rooms have a precious parquet flooring differentiated by environment and are all equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes and bedside tables.
One of the four bedrooms has access to the balcony with a panoramic view of the swimming pool.
