Dopo accurata ricerca ritengo che sia una casa più unica che rara per la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, le dimensioni della casa e la condivisone della piscina con una sola famiglia. Strutture molto più Lontane dal mare con spazi condivisi tra più residenze hanno di solito prezzi più elevati di questa.
