Posto stupendo, vista mozzafiato, Grande terrazza vivibile Spettacolare, casa arredata con gusto. Zona esterna in comune dove abbiamo trascorso stupende serate tra barbecue e pizzate con forno a legna seguiti da bagni in piscina. Fanno da cornice il verde dei pini marittimi secolari, i fiori vari e L azzurro del mare. Prezzo ottimo. Dopo accurata ricerca ritengo che sia una casa più unica che rara per la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, le dimensioni della casa e la condivisone della piscina con una sola famiglia. Strutture molto più Lontane dal mare con spazi condivisi tra più residenze hanno di solito prezzi più elevati di questa. Gentilissime anche le signore che gestiscono L accoglienza e la consegna delle chiavi. Se proprio devo fare un appunto. Un po’ di manutenzione non guasterebbe . Qualche mancanza c e’..Ad esempio la nostra terrazza Era davvero molto sporca e ho passato il primo giorno a lavarla con scarsi risultati.
