Heerlijk rustig plekje in een heel klein bergdorpje met een fijn zwembad en goed restaurant om de hoek! 1 van de 6 appartementen heeft airco (Menestrello). Wel te kleine keuken.

The villa was beautiful and easily accommodated our family of 5. The pool area was amazing and much needed as the weather was hot! One thing to note is that the villa is situated down quite a long track so you would definitely need to have a car when staying here, plus the nearest supermarkets etc are a drive away. The owners were very attentive and helpful, we would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking for a complete breakaway from the busyness of life!
I’d like to give 3.5 but this isn’t possible. With a little care and attention this place would get a five. But a few things were lacking
1) really minimal guidance for checking in and for the property, for example we were not sent an address but a pin via WhatsApp then a video walking to the property.
2) it wasn’t until our last day we realised we had a key to open the gates to drive the car in, we had been expecting a fob, this might seem silly but just a little welcome pack with some information like this would have been so useful
3) you only get 2 sunbeds for your property which can sleep up to 6… in fact one of our sunbeds was split - we mentioned it but did not get anything replaced, we also had a broken umbrella and previous sunbed which we requested to be removed and it wasn’t
4) despite asking for WiFi we didn’t receive this for the duration of our stay
5) there are general repairs required (handles missing off drawers and loose shelves etc)
6) when they say self catering they mean it! No loo roll, not even a single bottle of water!!!!
We stayed 7-14 August 2024 at Ville San Pietro near Costa Rei, Sardinia
A beautiful and spacious villa in an excellent location for sightseeing the surrounding towns. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Nico and his team were always most helpful and available to us if needed. We loved the outside areas. Quite possibly the best villa we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend to friends.
Mooie oude en toch moderne woning. Blij met airco (hittegolf) en muskietnet voor de ramen. Hele aardige verhuurders en ezeltje Pipo.

The appartment in the mainhouse was charming. The shower very poor.
The come togethers with good good, house wine were cheerfull. The dirt road (3km) to get there terrible.
Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Villa Futura, sehr sauber und super liebe Gastgeber. Tolle und vor allem mehrmalige landestypische Bewirtung seitens der Gastgeber. Wir können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen
