Truly lovely house! My family and I spent a week here in mid June. We were 14 people in total and we all agreed that this was the best house we have ever rented. Each room, which are all very nice, has it´s own bathroom. The pool is big and has an amazing view over the Tuscan landscapes. The only minus with this house is that it´s situated in the middle of nowhere. It´s perfect if you want to spend a lot of time on the property or by the pool, but if you plan to visit different towns within Tuscany you´re gonna have to prepare for many hours in the car.

A lovely part of Italy, not over developed. Everyone we met was friendly and we liked that they could not speak English. Local food is good. Terrific villages to walk to surrounded by chestnut woods.

We really enjoyed this villa (06-2012).
Stunning views and well located.

An excellent property near the great town of Montaione. The owner could not have been friendlier or more helpful. One small criticism would be that the main living area could be better arranged with more lounges.

Looking for a beautiful, peaceful view, this is the place for you. Alberta was very helpful with any questions we had. Flat was clean and nicely furnished. Swimming pool refreshing. As we did not have a car, we hired a taxi for the ride out of Arezzo. Word of warning, if you do not have transportation, buy your groceries before you arrive. There is a small market about a half of a mile away, but supplies are limited. Looking for a tour service that picks up and returns to your rental? Try very Tuscany Tours. This property was a great place to base our Tuscan adventures from. The property is beautiful and offers the opportunity to do lots or nothing at all. My wife and I enjoyed hiking, swimming and barbecuing at this amazing place. The hosts were very helpful in their suggestions and were instrumental in my being able to find parking in Florence!

The property accommodated two families comfortably and is well located close to the town. The owner and local people were friendly and helpful. The pool and garden are great for families with children. One small criticism would be that the kitchen could use a few more, bowls, plates, serving bowls etc.
