La casa è piacevole, moderna, buona architettura contemporanea.
Se avete l’auto e non vi importa guidare tuti i giorni oppure affittate biciclette. È letteralmente monocolore: bianco! Con 4 bambini non è stato facile. Raccomanderei nonostante ciò,se non avessi scoperto che il materasso del mio letto aveva varie macchi di, presumo dal colore, di urina non recente. Provai a rivoltare il materasso ma trovai altre macchie. Chiesi almeno un copri materasso e lenzuola pulite, che mandarono ma il copri materasso era di taglia troppo piccola. Nonostante ciò fui costretta ad usarloi sotto il lenzuolo. Niente da aggiungere
Zeer leuk huis! Rustig gelegen, maar met zéér lekker restaurant in de buurt. Alles is in het huis aanwezig en het zwembad was erg aangenaam voor onze dochters. Erg vriendelijke eigenaren die veel tips gaven en erg bereikbaar waren. Het enige minpunt waren de vele muggen, maar daar kon het huis niks aan doen. Zeker een aanrader!
On top of the green hills, hidden at the side of a small village, lies this amazingly caracteristic villa complex. It was extremely hot so aircom was missed. The charm of our appartment/ split level house was great. The pool was french and the landscape inviting. The owners were so lovely togive uw advice as our car broke down.
Ancient building converted for residential use very little airflow downstairs we had to buy a fan 1st day, but air conditioned bedrooms. The bedrooms are really one large space with a cupboard separating them in a large space in wall not much audio privacy. Clearly someone’s residence as many private personal items left during stay including a cupboard full of clothing in one room, private appointment letters in kitchen. Villa was quite tired, electrical tape used in bathroom to secure a tap. Kitchen well equipped which was good for us. Area downstairs felt quite small even though just three of us. Modern internet enabled TV for movie nights. Very private not overlooked in pool area with lovely views up to a little hill village. There must be a kennel close as most days numerous dogs heard barking however some way off and not too intrusive. The pool required constant cleaning by both us and the owner, I’m no expert but the filtering system was hardly on and the surface of the pool very dirty with bugs and debris which would in most pools be filtered away. This is clearly something that they are aware of as nearly every night a mechanical cleaning device has been put in pool. Although we only saw this being put in once it rather felt like someone was creeping in and out of your living space. There is no outside shower as advertised. The location for Pizza and Lucca is very good. Communication with the host was very good and he was a genuine nice man clearly doing his best to keep the pool clean. Villa was left super clean for our use. If your driving take the time to drive up the hills behind Butti keep going there’s a traditional restaurant at the top very simply very popular and amazing views both sides of hills. Several supermarket within 5 minutes drive but no shops walkable.
Ein schönes Haus mit einem tollen Panoramablick, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Elektrizität ist separat zu bezahlen. Bei voller Belegung um die 300 € on top.pro Woche. Monika, Massimo und Sylvia haben uns vor Ort tollen Service geboten und waren immer hilfreich.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A beautiful, though a little old, house with a great panoramic view. Electricity is to be paid for separately. If fully occupied, it costs around €300 extra per week. Monika, Massimo and Sylvia provided us with great service on site and were always helpful.
L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben fornito, uno dei due bagni è cieco ma comunque molto comodo, in entrambi i bagni ci sono doccia e bidet. Nonostante si affacci su una strada piuttosto trafficata, la casa risulta comunque ben isolata acusticamente. La cucina open space è ben attrezzata, con lavastoviglie e forno. In uno dei due bagni c'è la lavatrice. Proprietaria molto disponibile. Unico neo il parcheggio, bisogna sostare nei parcheggi lungo la strada che sono tutti a pagamento e praticamente sempre occupati, spesso si trova posto solo a diverse centinaia di metri dalla casa.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, one of the two bathrooms is windowless but still very comfortable, in both bathrooms there is a shower and bidet. Despite overlooking a rather busy road, the house is still well soundproofed. The open space kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher and oven. In one of the two bathrooms there is a washing machine. Very helpful owner. The only downside is parking, you have to park in the parking lots along the road which are all paid and practically always occupied, often you can only find a place several hundred meters from the house.
