[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] spacious, well equiped, beautiful apartment with large outdoor area in an ideal location, quiet, yet centrally located for excursions, near the attractive village of Barberino Val d'Elsa near with good shopping and several restaurants, recommended
An excellent property on the edge of town. It was possible to quickly walk into the town in the evening to visit the many local restaurants. The villa is well placed for visits to the local mountains, hill towns and Lucca. The kitchen was well stocked and the private garden had ample seating areas. The owner was very helpful with all the questions we had.
We had a great time in the villa Casa di Peter. Our kids loved the pool and my husband loved the pizza stove. The rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. All was very clean. The welcome wine was great :-)
All in all it we had a wonderfull time.
es una villa con vista hermosa y un lugar para descarsar, carece de detalles y de atencion al turista pues como dijo su propietario el turismo no es su prioridad si no su produccion agraria. asi que debe pensarse en agro turismo en estas villas
Really loved the setting and the property and the pictures were very much exact! Our biggest problem was that the owner spoke no English at all and we didn't expect that as we had been traveling all over Italy and had not had any language problems! Luckily his brother was visiting from Rome and agreed to drive over and interpret for us! We loved the dinner he arranged to be cooked at the house for us! It would help to have some updated appliances, we had to have one person hold the "on" button on the coffee maker the whole time we were brewing coffee every morning because it was broken! A microwave oven would have been so helpful also! We tried multiple times to use the washer to do laundry and just couldn't make it work right and the owner couldn't explain it to us in English! Over all it was a good experience though and we would rent a home again! Franco, the owner, was very nice and very attentive!
[The owner confirms that the small problems with the appliances have been resolved in the mean time]
