Our 12 day stay was one of the best vacations in Italy ever! The grounds, location, and accommodations are rustic and rural with easy access to all areas and villages in Tuscany. It was always a pleasure to come "home"!
Our charming and gracious host, Gabrio was on site and helpful with suggestions of what not to miss in his beautiful Italy!
Niccoletta and Sonia were so warm and friendly to accommodate any need! They made our stay a pleasure. Thank You!

Everything’ we could have wished for.
Wonderfully private
Glorious garden
Brilliant swimming pool
Smiling and generous owner who could not do enough
Incredibly helpful caretaker.
Everything was excellent
Mi è piaciuto la struttura immersa nel verde delle colline marchigiane con un tocco di originalità delle sculture e altri lavori artistici esterni realizzati dal proprietario Daniele
Amazing property in a great location in Tuscany. The rooms are large and well decorated keeping with the villa decor. The grounds are emaculate and the staff is friendly and very responsive.
The whole resort is perfectly located with stunning views from the rooms and the terrace. The Villa we stayed in was perfectly appointed and well kept. We loved to call it our home for two weeks and will be back. The resort is so well maintained and clean. The garden is always taken care of and the staff is fabulous. Fun fact: it used to be the estate of Galileo Galilei.
