[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A very nice and quiet holiday home in the middle of the mountains of Tuscany. Just the thing for guests who are looking for peace and seclusion. The owners live only about 5 minutes away, are friendly and always helpful if problems arise. The pool is cleaned daily by them and the water quality is very good. A beautiful old oven is located on the property and can of course be used by holiday guests. Firewood is available free of charge.
The access to the holiday home is a bit critical, however, as it is not a paved road, but rather a steeply sloping forest path. For cars with little ground clearance and a large turning radius, it is not or only partially passable. Turning in front of the property is problematic for larger vehicles.
In addition, the path to be covered with luggage is a bit difficult, as you can only get to the house entrance via two old and very steep stone stairs.
The offered WLAN is available, but only weak, only in one room and in the garden area.
All in all, however, we really enjoyed our holiday in "Il Molino", despite the minor criticisms for us, and can only recommend the house and the friendly landlord.
It is also important to note that the "Easy Reserve" staff on site were always easy to reach and were very friendly and helpful even before the start of the trip.
The house and pool were superb. The facilities were outstanding and this is one of the most comfortable houses we have stayed in. The view from the property is unrivalled and we were thoroughly relaxed and rested and didn't want to leave at the end!
Antonia and Andrea were thoughtful and helpful hosts and thank you for the delicious tiramisu. We would love to come back. I thoroughly recommend staying here.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Lovely house with beautiful garden! The interior is basic and especially the garden is well equipped with garden furniture, a nice swimming pool, parasols and deck chairs. The view is phenomenal. Laura can be reached at all times if you have any questions. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Nice villages in the area with fine restaurants and beautiful village centers. We had a great time!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very welcoming villa, holiday atmosphere. Nothing was missing. It was truly a great time.
A small downside: we understand the presence of the gardener to maintain this superb property but an average of 3 hours per day is a lot!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We have just spent 15 wonderful days in this villa, the spacious rooms, very clean, as a family, we were 10 people, Michaela the owner is really attentive, very discrete. House very beautiful in detail, a real Tuscan villa, better than in the photos.
Perfect pool area, beautiful garden, security, really nothing to say, maybe a lack of small appliances (toaster, blender, etc ...).
Outdoor dining area on the back terrace, with barbecue, direct access to the kitchen, pond with red fish.
and the chapel, and the dining room ...
I recommend this villa 200%.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice house, a little creaking on the upper floor, the view from the pool is a spectacle, the garden is safe ... A little more information maybe, even only that the bread van passes 3 times a week, however peace and silence reigns ... a lot of privacy ... A flaw, I brought two cats, one very small, for 2 weeks the extra was 200 € which is a bit expensive ... the pool is very high, so for very small children not good ... For everything else ... wonderful
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A really nice holiday, very cozy and spacious house, very well maintained and functional, but the plus is the outside ... nice garden, comfortable outdoor kitchen with wood oven and fantastic swimming pool. In addition to this, the owner Michela, very kind, has granted us the use of the vegetable garden ... an experience for adults and children. A week of complete relaxation. To recommend.
