We had a wonderful holiday in this house. It is spacious (certainly large enough for our family of five), well-equipped - and the location is just great if you are looking for a quiet, private place surrounded by a beautiful landscape of wine and olive trees. The pool is great. It has a more shallow and a deeper section, so it's fun for kids and adults alike. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this house.
Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni meravigliosamente rilassanti, ospiti di Martina e Shapour a Poggio alla Capanna. L’abitazione è piccola ma accogliente, pulita ed equipaggiata con TUTTO quello che può servire. I proprietari sono attenti, si occupano del giardino e della piscina, ma allo stesso tempo sono di una discrezione squisita. Anche il loro cane, Shadi, è educata mai invadente, anzi, si è rivelata un’ottima compagna di giochi per i nostri tre figli.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We spent ten wonderfully relaxing days, guests of Martina and Shapour at Poggio alla Capanna. The house is small but cozy, clean and equipped with EVERYTHING you need. The owners are attentive, they take care of the garden and the swimming pool, but at the same time they are of exquisite discretion. Even their dog, Shadi, is never intrusive, on the contrary, it has proved to be an excellent playmate for our three children.
le foto ingannano. gli ambienti sono più trascurati di quello che appaiono da queste, ad esempio il prato del giardino non esiste, il terreno è dissestato, il posto auto enunciato non è accessibile sia per lo spazio esiguo che per il dosso all'entrata che rischia di rompere la coppa dell'olio, e le stanze sono meno accoglienti di quel che sembrano sul sito. entrando si percepisce un odore di umido, ma trattandosi di una casa vicino al mare ci può in parte stare. la casa è dotata di tutto ciò che occorre compresi ampi armadi, pentole servizi, lavatrice ecc. la casa l'ho trovata attrezzata di tutto compresi saponi olio sale ecc. l'appartamento è molto fresco e ben ventilato viste le tre esposizioni. il gusto degli arredi anche se spartano è molto casa mare anni 60. la veduta è molto bella, è una casa che valutato tutto, sicuramente riprenderei. ottima anche l'assistenza di luisa e simona.
Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in un posto incantevole, pulito e curato da un propietario molto simpatico e disponibile che sa prendersi cura dei suoi clienti anche nei piccoli dettagli. Grazie Rosado non escludo un ritorno.

Casa stupenda. Pulita, con ampie stanze, lavanderia con lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Barbecue. Piscina bellissima e grandi spazi esterni. Ottima soluzione per una vacanza sia di relax che di cultura. Città e borghi comodi da raggiungere. Ottimo ristorante vicino a casa e altri nelle vicinanze. Supermercato a 3 minuti di macchina. Proprietari gentili e cordiali. Consigliatissimo.

Excellent solution for a relaxing and cultural holiday. Easy to reach cities and villages. Excellent restaurant close to home and others close by. Supermarket 3 minutes by car. Nice and friendly owners. Highly recommended.
Velletri is the perfect starting point for discovering the beautiful region of Lazio. The property is run by a very nice family who live on the property and who areavailable whenever you require assistance, without disturbing you during your stay. The pool area is excellent with an own shower and toilet closeby. The house and rooms are spacious and very clean. We had a small issue with water pressure probably because of the dry summer, but this was solved by the owner with a separate pump. The WiFi was also slow, especially if you travelling with two teenagers.
Casa immersa in un paesaggio stupendo, isolata, immersa negli ulivi tra le colline toscane, ottima posizione per mare e per visitare luoghi d'interesse come borghi storici.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, 50 euro al giorno per 4 persone.
Piscina ben curata.
Necessiterebbe di qualche lavoro di manutenzione all'interno (bagno e zanzariere).

La villa idéale pour un grand groupe. La taille de la maison et son équipement permettent de vivre nombreux sans promiscuité tout en étant ensemble. La taille de la piscine et les nombreuses chaises longues font que tous peuvent s'y retrouver pour nager jouer ou se reposer.
La villa est très bien située pour visiter la toscane .
Les propriétaires sont très gentils , serviables à l'écoute tout en étant très discrets.
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille.
