Fijn huis, prachtig gelegen. Erg mooi uitzicht op het meer en op schitterende zonsondergangen.
De verhuurster is een erg aardige dame, gastvrij en behulpzaam.
De tuin is ruim en met een lekker zwembad. Het zwembad is groot genoeg om een paar baantjes in te trekken. De auto kan naast het huis staan, op eigen terrein. Kortom prima!

The landlady is very kind, hospitable, and helpful.
The garden is spacious and features a lovely pool. It's big enough to swim a few laps. You can park your car next to the house, on the property. In short, perfect!
We had a brilliant stay in August 2025, with our three young kids (8, 6 and 4 years old). The house is beautiful, quiet, clean, well equipped and very nicely located 12 minute drive outside of Lucca. The pool is 1.2 metres deep at its shallowest - and is just lovely. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but the rest of the house was a nice temperature despite it being 32-35 degrees during the day when we stayed.
Giovanni was there when we arrived and was available on WhatsApp should we have needed anything.
Would highly recommend.
Perfectie locatie in alle opzichten. Uitgestrekt landgoed tot onze beschikking, waar iedereen kon doen wat hij wilde. Eigen zwembad, eigen bos om in te wandelen, eigen tennisbaan. Grote houtoven om zelf pizza's te maken. De tafels zijn voorzien van marmer platen zodat je zelf je pizza's kunt uitrollen. Uitermate ruim opgezette ruimte waar grote groep mensen samen vakantie kunnen houden. Winkels niet verder van het complex.
Zeer attente host die zelfs een oplossing in het dorp regelde toen er een mankement aan een van de auto's was. Het was gewoon perfect en we hebben een heerlijke zorgeloze vakantie met de gehele familie gehad.

Our own swimming pool, our own forest for walking, our own tennis court. A large wood-fired oven for making your own pizzas. The tables are topped with marble slabs so you can roll out your own pizzas. An extremely spacious area where large groups can holiday together. Shops are just a short distance from the complex.
A very attentive host who even arranged a solution in the village when one of our cars broke down. It was simply perfect, and we had a wonderful, carefree holiday with the whole family.
Es war eine idyllische Schlossatmosphäre. Die Wohnungen sind dementsprechend einfach ausgestattet. Es fehlte ein Backofen und man hatte keine normalen Steckdosen, wobei man das notwendige Zubehör kaufen musste.
Klimaanlage war vorhanden und man hatte trotz der vielen Wohnungen seine Privatsphäre.

Air conditioning was available, and despite the number of apartments, you still had your privacy.
We had a fabulous stay at La Piccola Rocha in early August. Everything was beyond our expectation and Marco did everything to make our stay as comfortable and stress free as possible.
