Het vakantiehuis "Pino di Sopra" ligt in de glooiende heuvels van Toscane en biedt een rustig toevluchtsoord in een van Italië's meest gevierde regio's. Het pand bestaat uit een hoofdgebouw en een apart bijgebouw, samen een ruime en comfortabele accommodatie voor wie rust zoekt in een prachtig landschap. Het vakantiehuis staat ongeveer 8,7 km van het centrum van Castelnuovo Di Val Di Cecina, op een zacht hellende helling omgeven door weelderig natuurschoon. De ligging is zeer privé en afgelegen.
Buitenruimtes
Het terras met tuinen is aangelegd met bloemen en groen en biedt een rustige plek om te ontspannen. Het omheinde zwembad meet 10 x 5 meter en is beschikbaar van 19 mei tot 30 september; een buitendouche bevindt zich ter beschikking van de gasten. Een charmante pergola biedt schaduw voor warme middagen, terwijl tuinmeubilair in de buitenruimtes is geplaatst. Een barbecueplaats is aanwezig voor buitendinen.

Het vakantiehuis beschikt over een Wi-Fi-verbinding. Een wasmachine is beschikbaar voor gedeeld gebruik door gasten. De toegang tot het pand verloopt via een onverharde weg van 300 meter; er is parkeergelegenheid voor tot 5 auto's ter plaatse.

Het centrum van Sasso Pisano ligt op 4,5 km; daar bevinden zich ook de dichtstbijzijnde winkel en een natuurlijk zwemmeertje. Een supermarkt is gevestigd op 8,7 km in de richting van Castelnuovo Di Val Di Cecina. Een overdekt zwembad bevindt zich op 14 km. De historische stad Massa Marittima ligt op ongeveer 21 km. Casale La Pieve is a wonderful Farmhouse on the hills of the Versilia area in Tuscany, just above Viareggio and Torre del Lago, and from here you can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing sea view over the whole coast.
This holiday farmhouse is composed of 3 independent holiday apartments for rent where each one has its own private outdoor area, such as a terrace or a garden (or both).
The property features a shared pool:
- Open from May till October, from 9AM till 7PM.
- 8,5 m length, 4.5m wide, 1,3m deep.
- Depuration: Chlorine.
The property also features a common outdoor area where everyone can enjoy a specific area without meeting each other:
- small garden at the entrance;
- large garden for children (or adults) with games such as swing, table tennis and slide;
- a lookout with seats where it is possible to enjoy the views over the Massaciuccoli Lake and the Sea.
