Magnolia is een drielaags complex in Marina di Bibbona, Italië, bestaande uit 2 huizen en 27 appartementen. Het geheel ligt volledig omheind binnen een natuurlijke tuin van 5.000 vierkante meter. De ligging in het dorp brengt lokale voorzieningen en winkels binnen onmiddellijke bereik, wat Magnolia tot een uitgelezen uitgangspunt maakt voor het verkennen van de Toscaanse kust en omgeving.
Buitenruimtes
De natuurlijke tuin van 5.000 vierkante meter vormt een rustige, groene omgeving voor ontspanning en wandelingen. Het grote gemeenschappelijk zwembad meet 25 x 12 meter met een diepte van 140 tot 280 centimeter en is beschikbaar van 20 mei tot 24 september. Een apart kinderzwembad is eveneens aanwezig. Een buitendouche staat ter beschikking na het zwemmen. Het terras en het dakterras bieden ruimte voor ontspanning in de buitenlucht. Een tafeltennisruimte en een kinderspeelplaats voorzien in recreatiemogelijkheden voor gasten van alle leeftijden.

Dit rustieke landhuis ligt verscholen tussen oude olijfgaarden en lavendelvelden in het hart van de Toscaanse platteland bij Bibbona, Italië. Het pand bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen met 3 volledig afzonderlijke appartementen, wat het ideaal maakt voor gasten die samen willen reizen maar hun eigen privéruimte wensen. Het terrein strekt zich uit over een natuurlijk landschap met bomen en velden, en de gedeelde tuin versterkt het gevoel van openheid en verbinding met de omringende plattelandsomgeving. Het huis beschikt over een receptie en een restaurant ter plaatse.
Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes van dit landhuis worden gekenmerkt door hun natuurlijke, ongerepte karakter. Arcobaleno is a traditional stone house in a hilly and panoramic position with the typical rural architecture. In the past the Italian writer Vasco Pratolini lived here, and today it represent the ideal place to spend an holiday in an enchanted atmosphere, giving the feeling of having remained still in another era, at the quiet rhythms of a time that was.
The house is located on the slopes of Pratomagno, which stands out from the Arno valley and descends with wide natural terraces full of olive trees, until the road of the “Setteponti”, connecting the cities of Arezzo and Florence. The village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops is about 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot with an enchanting walk through vineyards and olive grow.
Maximum relax in the beautiful private swimming pool (mt. 10x4,5, depth mt. 1,40, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September ) with solarium equipped with deckchairs, tables and sun umbrellas and in the gazebo overlooking the valley below. Where to spend relaxing days to read, eat outside or just to enjoy the landscape that is lost at a glance. Families will not fail to appreciate the children's play area and the tennis table; the little house with barbecue, wood oven and sink is ideal if you enjoy cooking and eating outdoors.
The owners Albina and Danilo, very attentive to the environment, have equipped the villa with photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity.

Villa Ca' di Vestro is located on the top of a high hill in the valley of the Arno River, reached by going up a 1.5 km road, partly unpaved and partly cemented, which is steep but can be travelled by any type of car. Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno. Peace and tranquillity await you in this place, no noise other than that of uncontaminated nature. The villa also offers you the possibility of moving around quickly, thanks to the good road network on the valley, which connects the cities of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km). The nearest shops are in San Giustino Valdarno, 3 km away.
Around the villa there is a large fenced and equipped green area. Adults and children can have fun playing exciting table tennis and table football tournaments. The beautiful furnished portico will be your safe haven of tranquillity where you can enjoy a glass of local wine or an open-air dinner with typical products that you can buy from the owners.
