Tenuta Nucci is een grote, luxe villa in het platteland van Salento in Puglia, op slechts 2 km van het centrum van Nardò. Het pand werd in 2009 gerenoveerd en ligt omgeven door bomen, weiden, open velden en wijngaarden. Het terrein beslaat een volledig omheind perceel van 900 m² en biedt volledige privacy en veiligheid. Het zwembad meet 16 x 8 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 180 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 oktober.
Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes zijn zorgvuldig ontworpen voor ontspanning en buitenleven in het warme Salentijnse klimaat. De uitgebreide omheinde tuin bevat een wildlifetuin met inheemse flora en bloemen, naast een goed onderhouden gazon geschikt voor zonnebaden en buitenactiviteiten. Een pergola biedt schaduw tijdens de warmere uren van de dag, terwijl een terras extra ruimte biedt voor buitendinen en gezelligheid.
