Dit charmante rijtjeshuis ligt in het hart van het Toscaanse platteland in de wijk La Pesta en biedt een rustiek vakantieverblijf voor wie op zoek is naar rust en natuurlijke schoonheid in Italië. Het pand staat op een heuvel op een zeer zonnige locatie en maakt deel uit van een kleine privéresidentie met vijf woningen, wat een evenwicht schept tussen afzondering en gemeenschapszin. Het omringende landschap biedt weids uitzicht over het Maremma-platteland, met oude bomen die het huis omlijsten en het hele jaar door een vredige, schaduwrijke sfeer creëren. Het huis ligt slechts 9 km van het historische centrum van Massa Marittima, een van Toscanes meest gevierde middeleeuwse steden, terwijl het tegelijkertijd volledig ondergedompeld is in de ongerepte schoonheid van het Italiaanse platteland.
Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes zijn zorgvuldig ontworpen om optimaal gebruik te maken van de uitzonderlijke natuurlijke omgeving. Een privétuin van 25 vierkante meter biedt een rustige en intieme plek om te ontspannen, te lezen of de vredige sfeer van de Toscaanse heuvels in zich op te nemen. Wi-Fi is op aanvraag beschikbaar. Wandelpaden zijn direct vanaf het pand toegankelijk, onder meer door de Riserva Naturale di Montioni, wat het huis tot een uitstekende basis maakt voor natuurliefhebbers en wandelaars die de beschermde landschappen van het gebied willen verkennen.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
Het centrum van Massa Marittima met zijn middeleeuwse architectuur ligt op 9 km; de zee is bereikbaar op ongeveer 17 km en het nabijgelegen meer ligt slechts 1,5 km van het pand, wat volop mogelijkheden biedt voor zwemmen, zonnebaden en wateractiviteiten. Het zandstrand van Follonica, een van de populairste kuststroken in Zuid-Toscane, ligt op 9 km; Cala Violina is eveneens gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Een restaurant en bar bevinden zich op 500 m van het huis; een supermarkt is binnen enkele kilometers beschikbaar. Fietsverhuur is beschikbaar op 10 km afstand. Een golfbaan, surfschool en minigolfbaan liggen allemaal binnen 20 km van het pand. De Marina bevindt zich op 22 km. Villa Montalcinello is a villa located near the city of Chiusdino, where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty.
The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.
There are Roman steps for entering the pool on one side, and in the garden there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and, 1.7 - 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to September, weather permitting.
There is another building overlooking the garden and pool area however this is uninhabited..

The perfect place to take your children on holiday! Agriturismo Le Calle is located in the heart of the Maremma about 9 km from Cinigiano and Paganico, and is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation in the hills, and for those who want their children to have an unforgettable experience in contact with nature and the farm animals, such as sheep, the friendly donkeys from Amiata, the Cinta Senese pigs and the Maremma cows.
The farm consists of about 80 hectares and produces excellent Montecucco D.O.C. wines, extra virgin olive oil, Cinta Senese cold cuts, honey, cereals and legumes, with which the owners Riccardo and Savina will be happy to tempt you.
You can take a dip in the sea with wonderful trips, even daily, to the seaside resorts on the golden Tyrrhenian coast. Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto and Marina di Alberese are about 50 km away and can be reached in just over 30 minutes by car.
The Agriturismo Le Calle is composed of 4 holiday apartments, 3 of which are in the farm centre, (Carola, Olinto and Bandiera) and the CASETTA LE CALLE which is 2 km away, reachable by an unpaved road, not advisable for sports cars. Casetta Le Calle is particularly recommended for those who wish to maintain their privacy, where a breathtaking 360° panorama awaits you around the house. Green and gentle hills, which in every season and in every moment of the day will give you unforgettable images and colours.
Adjacent to the farmhouse, where the owner's house is also located, you will find the swimming pool (size 6x12 m - depth 1,20 - 1,70 m - open from 01st May to 15 October), the laundry room, a bathroom with shower, and the park with children's playground.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
During the months of July and August during your stay the owner will organise a trip in an AGRIBUS, a tractor-drawn trailer for transporting people, a modern version of an ox-drawn cart, and will take you around the farm to admire the beautiful landscape of the Maremma. A family experience you won't forget.
After the trip, all participants will be offered a tasting dinner with the farm's products (included in the price for bookings of at least one week), evenings in company and joy shared with other guests and the owner's family that will remain in your fondest memories.
