Villa Vorno ligt in het landelijke gebied van Capannori in Toscane en combineert authentieke Toscaanse charme met moderne comfort. De villa is gelegen in het kleine dorp Vorno en biedt uitzicht op de omringende heuvels en de karakteristieke vegetatie van deze streek. Het privézwembad meet 12 x 6 meter en is voorzien van traptreden. Het zwembadgebied is uitgerust met ligbedden en parasols. Een gezellige tuinpaviljoen met tafel, stoelen en comfortabele buitenbanken biedt een schaduwrijke plek voor ontspanning of een informele maaltijd. Villa la Brezza is a beautiful modern style villa in Tuscany, located in Montecatini Alta in a panoramic position overlooking the wonderful Tuscan hills and the ancient town of Montecatini terme. A great location which allows guest to explore the wonderful sights of Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, the wonderful Tuscan coast with Forte dei Marmi, it is also easy to access the Cinque Terre with his magical towns and coastline.

The villa has an amazing private garden which surround the property, there is a private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, overlooking the valley and is equipped with elegant sun beds and umbrellas, on one side there is a covered gazebo great for events along the pool. The garden develops in different terraces with fountains and unique corners on where guest can enjoy a glass of Tuscan wine admiring the amazing panorama and wonderful sunsets.

Villa Ghirlanda is a beautiful large property in the Tuscany countryside fantastic location for people who loves either the county than the sea as this amazing property is a short drive away from some of most wonderful Tuscan cities like Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca and also short distance to the beautiful coast line on Tuscany.
The villa has a large private garden which surrounds the entire property and thank to its position on top of a little hill, it offers some magnificent views of the Etruscan land.
The garden features a wonderful private swimming pool (which can be heated upon request) 10x5 mt. depth 1.50; the pool is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and a covered patio for the shade.
Next to the building there are two covered areas both with table and chairs where to organize al fresco meals also thanks to the built in Barbecue.
Villa Ghirlanda is a traditional Tuscan building with the characteristic stones, the interiors are made of arches and cotto floors, elegantly furnished in order to offer a pleasant and warm stay, the house develop in two floors and features:
Ground floor: two living areas with sofas satellite TV, two very well-equipped kitchens, dining rooms with fireplace, a service bathroom and two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower; both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area.
First floor: seven double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, one of the bedroom has a lounge on which is possible to add two additional beds.
Every bedroom has air conditioning, there is internet wifi in the entire home. Dishwasher washing machine; ping pong table, pizza oven, large parking space.

A 30% NON-Refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
