De ligging, tussen wijn- en olijfboomgaarden, is rustig en hoog boven de Chianti heuvels. Vanaf het huis heeft men een schitterend panoramisch uitzicht tot aan de stad Siena en er is een grote zeer verzorgde tuin (6000 m2) met zwembad (overloop-effect) voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik van de gasten van de zes appartementen.
Afstanden: Ponte a Bozzone met kruidenier, restaurant en slager 5 km, Siena met allerlei winkels en treinstation 12 km, San Gimignano 50 km, Florence 70 km, Pisa 115 km, Rome 250 km.
Ter beschikking van de gasten: grote en panoramisch gelegen tuin van ong. 6000 m2, zwembad (5,5 x 15 m – max. diepte 1,8 m – open van 01/05 tot 30/09) met zonneterras en douche (koud water), barbecue, pizza-oven, loggia (35 m2), tafeltennis. Gemeenschappelijke wasruimte (wasmachine, strijkplank/ijzer) met toegang vanaf buiten. Elk appartement beschikt over alarmsysteem, sat-TV, haardroger in de badkamers, eigen verwarming en buiten een set tafel met stoelen op een gemeenschappelijk terras. Parkeerplaats op het terrein.
