A short distance from the city of Arezzo, an ideal starting point for visiting Tuscany, we find Villa Quattro Mori, a charming villa that once belonged to an ancient and noble family of Counts of Arezzo. We recommend you spend an evening in the small alleys of the historic centre, sitting on the stone steps of an ancient basilica, with a glass of wine in your hand.
The highlights of the villa, in our opinion, are certainly the splendid swimming pool with Roman staircase (size m 16x6, depth m. 1.40-2.00 - open from 27 June to 5 September) decorated with precious marble and with changing room and bathroom with shower, the characteristic pergola covered with wisteria and roses with marble fountain and wooden benches where you can spend dreamy days in the company of your book.

The long sandy beach of Lido di Camaiore with its flat seabed, suitable for children, make it an ideal destination for families, but even for all kind of vacationers which will find here a lot of amusement and relax opportunities.

A stroll by bike in the big pinewood of Ponente, where you will find a lot of children’s play area and refreshment stands, golf court in Pietrasanta, a cocktail at the table of a café along the promenade and after dinner in one of the many night clubs situated in Viareggio as well as in Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi which are only some of the entertainment possibilities during your stay.
From Viareggio railway station you will get the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre and walk the wonderful “cammino dell’amore”(way of love).

You will find Nonno Tobia on the top of a hill not far from the small and charming village of Magliano in Toscana. Nonno Tobia is a lovely farmhouse in a panoramic position from which, thanks to a recent renovation, three flats have been created, two of which are at your disposal. From the house, which stands on the top of a small hill covered with cereal fields, you can gaze the silhouette of Magliano in Toscana every day. The town, of Etruscan origin, became a strategic medieval village in the 15th century, protected by its imposing and characteristic walls.
All around is the lazy tranquillity of the countryside, which you can enjoy from the furnished portico with your favourite book or a glass of good Morellino di Scansano.
In our opinion, Nonno Tobia's strong point is undoubtedly its geographical position. The farmhouse in the middle of the Maremma countryside, but not too far from the Tyrrhenian coast, will allow you to organise and plan an interesting and varied holiday. You can take suggestive naturalistic excursions, losing yourself in the wild and almost uncontaminated nature of the Park of Maremma or of the WWF Oasis of Orbetello. Spend relaxing days under the warm sun on the golden beaches of the coast, or evenings out for dinner or an aperitif in the renowned tourist centres of the Argentario.
Around the house you will have a large green space shaded by typical Maremma pines and equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and wood-burning oven, for your lunches and barbecues in the open air. At the edge of the garden, a further bonus, there is a beautiful organic vegetable garden tended by the owners from which you can pick and enjoy at will seasonal fruit and vegetables.
To reach the farmhouse, the last stretch of road you have to cover, about 300 m, is not asphalted.

Comfortabel vrijstaand stenen huis met privé zwembad gelegen op slechts 5 km van het schilderachtige plaatsje Pitigliano. Het huis bestaat uit 2 appartementen (die niet intern verbonden zijn) die samen als 1 huis verhuurd worden. Buiten is er een goed verzorgde, omheinde tuin en een karakteristiek zwembad voor het alleengebruik van de gasten. De eigenaren wonen vlakbij in een ander huis en beheren het landbouwbedrijf van de familie.
Het plaatsje Pitigliano stamt uit de Etruskische periode en heeft door de eeuwen heen zijn charme behouden en is nog steeds een van de mooiste plekken om te bezoeken. Verder zijn ook de plaatsjes Sovana en Sorano zeker een bezoekje waard.

Beschrijving van de accommodatie
Villa del Fattore is een zorgvuldig gerestaureerde landhuisvilla in het hart van Toscane, gelegen op een prestigieus landgoed in Greve in Chianti, Italië. Het pand maakt deel uit van een groter landgoed met 3 andere villa's, omgeven door rollende wijngaarden en oude olijfboomgaarden met adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht op de karakteristieke heuvels van dit beroemde deel van Toscane. De villa staat op een heuvel boven het dal en biedt weids uitzicht op de omliggende wijngaarden.
De villa is zorgvuldig gerestaureerd met behoud van de originele externe Toscaanse stenen muren, terwijl het interieur volledig is ingericht met eigentijdse meubels. De hoofdingang geeft toegang tot een ruim open-plan woon- en eetgedeelte met zithoeken, een flatscreen satelliet-televisie en een eettafel. Een volledig uitgeruste keuken grenst aan deze ruimte, met grote ramen die uitzicht bieden op het landschap. Op dit niveau bevindt zich ook een gastenbadkamer. Een paar treden leiden naar een tweede zitgedeelte dat verbonden is met het verwarmde binnenzwembad, met zithoek en bar. Op dit niveau bevinden zich 3 tweepersoonsslaapkamers, elk met een eigen badkamer met douche, en een driepersoonsslaaapkamer met 1 tweepersoonsbed en 1 eenpersoonsbed, ook met eigen badkamer.
Praktische informatie
De villa is uitgerust met airconditioning, Wi-Fi en een eigen parkeerplaats op het terrein. Het landgoed is ontworpen om volledige privacy voor elke villa te waarborgen, met hoge haagschermen die de buitenruimtes scheiden en ramen en poorten zorgvuldig gepositioneerd om privacyproblemen uit te sluiten. Het binnenzwembad is het hele jaar beschikbaar; de verwarming is inbegrepen van mei tot oktober met een maximale temperatuur van 28 tot 29 graden Celsius, en buiten deze periode beschikbaar tegen meerprijs. Airconditioning is inbegrepen in de huurprijs. Een barbecue staat ter beschikking van de gasten.
De huurprijs omvat eindschoonmaak, dagelijkse schoonmaakservice, wekelijks beddengoed en tweemaal per week handdoeken. Toeristenbelasting kan van toepassing zijn indien door de lokale autoriteiten gevraagd. De minimale huurperiode bedraagt 1 week met zaterdag als wisseldag. De buitenruimtes van Villa del Fattore bieden een uitnodigende omgeving om te ontspannen en van het Toscaanse landschap te genieten. Ligbedden en parasols zijn gerangschikt rond het nieuw gebouwde zwembad, dat 4 x 8 meter meet en uitsluitend ter beschikking staat van gasten van de villa.
