Dit agriturismo ligt in het glooiende Toscaanse landschap van Londa, op 500 meter hoogte, en biedt een authentiek Italiaans plattelandsverblijf. Het pand is op een heuvel gelegen en bestaat uit 4 appartementen omgeven door de natuurlijke schoonheid van de Florentijnse heuvels. Het landgoed beschikt over een omheinde tuin van 1 hectare, ideaal voor wandelingen en momenten van rust in de open lucht.
Buitenruimtes
De omheinde tuin strekt zich uit over 1 hectare goed onderhouden grond en biedt ruime ruimte voor ontspanning en buitenactiviteiten. Het omheinde zwembad meet 15 x 3 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 220 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 15 oktober; het wordt regelmatig onderhouden door de eigenaar en tuinman. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembadgebied en tuinmeubilair staat ter beschikking van gasten. De verhoogde positie op de heuvel biedt uitzichten over het omringende landschap.

"Le 3 Viste" is een modern en volledig gerenoveerd vakantiehuis voor 2 gezinnen, gelegen in de rustige woonwijk San Romano op 2 km van het centrum van Montopoli in Val d'Arno. Het huis is verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen en biedt een verfijnd en eigentijds verblijf in het hart van Toscane, met gemakkelijke bereikbaarheid van enkele van de meest gevierde bestemmingen van de regio.

Het terras meet 50 m² en is voorzien van tuinmeubilair. Dit ruime buitengedeelte biedt een ideale plek voor buitendinen, een kopje koffie in de ochtend of gewoon ontspanning in de frisse lucht.
