A careful renovation has brought La Casa del Nonno back to life. Rustic style furniture, old beams on the ceilings, the old fireplace in the living room, give it a warm atmosphere reminiscent of times gone by, when the house and the open fire were the shelter of the farmers after a hard day's work.
The house will be your own little nest, well-finished, comfortable and cosy and will immediately give you the feeling of being welcome.
In front of the house there is an outdoor area arranged on natural terraces connected by steps, completely fenced and equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and a small house with laundry. For your exclusive use there is also a beautiful swimming pool (size 6x4 m, depth 1.20 m - open from 1 May to 30th September), with a panoramic view and equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and sunshade.

The house is located just a few kilometres from Siena and Arezzo, and we certainly recommend a visit to both. Elk appartement heeft een ingerichte keuken, een badkamer met douche, een wasmachine en airconditioning. Wi-Fi, Smart TV.
Elk "Appartement Mafalda" heeft een eigen ingang, maar ze kunnen ook samen worden gehuurd, aangezien ze zich op hetzelfde niveau met een verbindingsgang bevinden.
Deze lijst is voor de huur van slechts EEN appartement.
De maximale capaciteit, door beide te huren, is 5 personen, met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Er is een extra slaapbank beschikbaar (voor de 5e persoon).

Belangrijke opmerking: de appartementen bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping van een historisch gebouw, zonder lift.
Niet aanbevolen voor ouderen of mensen die slecht ter been zijn: de trap bestaat uit hoge treden.

Het appartement ligt in de oude stad, in een voetgangersgebied: het is niet direct bereikbaar met de auto, maar de dichtstbijzijnde parkeerplaats ligt op ongeveer 100 meter van het huis.
Er is geen privéparking, maar op verzoek kunnen we u voorzien van een speciaal ticket (extra kosten 5€ per dag) waarmee u overal in Levanto gratis kunt parkeren.

Levanto is het perfecte startpunt om de "Cinque Terre" te bezoeken, per trein, per boot en over paden.
De stad is een traditioneel Ligurisch dorp met zijn typische stranden, omgeving, binnenland en bezienswaardigheden.
Het is een "langzame stad" waar de levenskwaliteit en het eten hoog zijn, waardoor het een ideale plek is voor gezinnen.
De zandstranden, perfect om van uw vakantie te genieten, zijn gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar in slechts 2 minuten.
Sommige hiervan zijn gratis en andere zijn goed uitgeruste etablissementen.
Het onmisbare fietspad op zee met zijn adembenemende uitzichten strekt zich uit langs de oude spoorlijn, die Levanto verbindt met de nabijgelegen steden Bonassola en Framura.
Belangrijke informatie: communicatie tussen gast en gastheer is noodzakelijk.
