Dit rustieke, gezellige vakantiehuis bestaat uit 2 huizen en ligt op een heuvel in het hart van het Toscaanse platteland in Scansano, Italië. Het pand is gebouwd in 2019 en geniet van een rustige, zonnige ligging omgeven door bomen en weiden. Het terrein beslaat 2 hectare en biedt gasten ruimte, privacy en rust. Het vakantiehuis ligt slechts 4 km van het centrum van Scansano en combineert landelijke afzondering met gemakkelijke toegang tot lokale voorzieningen.
Buitenruimtes
De aangelegde terrастuin beslaat 40 m² en omvat een weelderig gazon en een charmante natuurtuin. Een ruim terras nodigt uit tot buitendinen met panoramisch uitzicht op de omringende heuvels en weiden. Een barbecueplaats is beschikbaar voor gasten die graag buiten koken. De verhoogde positie op de heuvel zorgt ervoor dat de buitenruimtes gedurende de dag volop zonlicht ontvangen.

Dit rustieke vakantiehuis ligt verscholen tussen bomen en rollende velden in het hart van Toscane, dicht bij Roccastrada, en biedt een authentiek en rustig toevluchtsoord voor wie een echt plattelandsverblijf zoekt. Het pand staat op een heuvel op een rustige, zonnige locatie ongeveer 2 km van het centrum van Sticciano Scalo. Het vakantiehuis bestaat uit 3 appartementen binnen één gebouw, wat het ideaal maakt voor groepen of families die een gedeelde maar private omgeving wensen. Het terrein is volledig omheind en beslaat 8.000 m2 met een ruime tuin met goed onderhouden gazon en aangeplante bomen.

The Pieve di Sant'Ippolito is a small outbuilding in the heart of the Crete Senesi. You will find it on the outskirts of the village of Asciano, in a panoramic and sunny position. The property is composed of the manor house where the owners' family lives, an annexe and the very ancient Church of "Sant'Ippolito e Cassiano", whose origins date back to the 3rd-4th century AD. Inside the church you can admire a beautiful fresco painted by several renowned artists of the Umbrian school, such as Pinturicchio and Raphael, but erroneously attributed to the Sienese painter Giacomo Pacchiarotti a minor artist of the Sienese school. On 13 August, for the feast of Saints Ippolito and Cassiano, the church will be open to the public and a Holy Mass will be celebrated there. During the rest of the year, being part of private property, the owners allow it to be opened only on rare occasions, while guests of the house will be able to visit it freely.
You will reach the village of Asciano, with shops and services of all kinds, by a pleasant walk of just a few minutes.
All around the house you will find a large, fully fenced garden equipped with children's games, a table tennis table, barbecue and tables and chairs for your outdoor meals. The beautiful round swimming pool (dimensions 13 x 8 m, depth 1.20 - 2.10 m) with water geyser, infinity edge with waterfall and 3-seater whirlpool bath will be at your disposal during the whole year. Near the pool there are two gazebos furnished with relaxing armchairs, table, deckchairs and sun loungers for your days of rest in the company of your favourite book. At Sant'Ippolito you will find well-kept furnishings and the many facilities inside the house (air conditioning, satellite TV, barbecue, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, mosquito nets, alarm system and Wi-Fi connection) will guarantee a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

You will find the house in a landscape covered mostly by olive trees, interrupted here and there by small vineyards and lush oak woods. You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. The house is located just a few kilometres from Siena and Arezzo, and we certainly recommend a visit to both. The former, admired all over the world, will welcome you with its ancient cobbled streets and the majesty of Piazza del Campo, while Arezzo, on the other hand, more reserved and less well-known, will surprise you with a delightful and rich historic centre, typical cafés and excellent trattorias.
