Dit vakantiehuis ligt in het hart van de Toscaanse bergen in Pontestazzemese, in het gehucht Case di Berna boven Sant'Anna di Stazzema op een hoogte van 700 meter. Het pand staat op een helling omgeven door dicht bos en biedt een zeldzame mate van afzondering en rust. De woning is omgeven door bomen en beschikt over een natuurlijke tuin van ongeveer 50 vierkante meter. Het ligt aan een bergweg van 12 kilometer en is bereikbaar per auto.
Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes worden bepaald door de natuurlijke schoonheid van het omringende bosgebied. De privétuin van ongeveer 50 vierkante meter wordt omlijst door volwassen bomen die schaduw en privacy bieden. De ligging op een berghelling op 700 meter hoogte zorgt voor panoramische uitzichten over de omringende heuvels en bossen. This holiday farmhouse is composed of 3 independent holiday apartments for rent where each one has its own private outdoor area, such as a terrace or a garden (or both).
