The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and has a private access to the sea by a small stone path. From the villa you can enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Aranci and the clear waters of the beaches of Cala Sassari.

a large living room with sitting area and TV, dining room, kitchen with 4 burners and oven, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms, an outside room with three beds; laundry / pantry.
The villa is overlooking the sea and beaches of Cala Sassari below are overtake on foot. Ideal for lovers of snorkeling, groups and families.
