Een combinatie van de unieke foodiecultuur van de regio en met de fraaiste kuststadjes en perfecte stranden, een vakantiewoning aan de Toscaanse kust staat garant voor een perfecte vakantie aan de zee in Italië. Een concept waar niet veel mensen die een villa in Toscane of een vakantiehuis in Italië hebben geboekt bekend mee zijn, is dat je bij veel stranden in Italië moet betalen voor toegang. Dit komt doordat deze stranden meestal goed onderhouden zijn en verschillende faciliteiten en voorzieningen bieden zoals badkamers, kleedkamers, snackbars, douches, ligstoelen, parasols en meer. Er zijn echter ook enkele openbare stranden waar men gratis gebruik van kan maken. Vaak zijn deze stranden wat drukker en hebben ze niet dezelfde soort faciliteiten, maar als dat je niet stoort en je wilt wat geld sparen om aan andere delen van je vakantie te besteden, dan is het precies wat je zoekt! Vooral aan de Toscaanse kust zijn deze stranden zeldzaam. Sterker nog, een van de weinige overgebleven gratis stranden in Toscane is het strand van La Lecciona.

Villa with private pool in Massarosa in Tuscany, Versilia.
This villa is located in the town of Massarosa, a few hundred meters from Lake Massaciuccoli and 13Km from the sea of Viareggio.
The area where it is located is very quiet and crossed only by residents.
A few minutes to reach all the shops in the center of the city.
Villa Massarosa is surrounded by a garden of about 1800 square meters fully fenced and protected with hedges from the road ensuring privacy.
You enter through the parking gate and here can park about 5 cars and as an alternative, if you are on foot, there is also a pedestrian gate.
On the other side of the property, there is a very nice porch with a dining table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners.
Immediately in front of the villa there is the private pool.
Measuring 5 x 10 meters with a depth from 1.5m to 1.8m and it is filled with saltwater.
Near the pool you will find an outdoor shower, also with warm water.
Villa Massarosa is ideal for a relaxing holiday, you can admire the peaceful surrounding hills while taking a bath in the swimming pool or dine outside with all the lighting that offers garden, pool included.

The Villa is newly built and very well maintained with quality furnishings.
It has Internet access, satellite TV with foreign channels (NO SKY) and many other options.
Ground Floor: Large open living room with sofa, armchair, large TV with satellite and sound system. From here, a glass door overlooking the garden, leads to the porch and pool.
Also behind a small glass door we find:
Double bedroom (in the photo it's a studio, but there will be two single beds that can also be pushed together), bathroom with shower and another double bedroom.
From the living room you reach the basement:
Amusement area with bar (has fridge), pool table and jukebox.
Bathroom with shower.
Large kitchen with all the necessary tools such as dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. On the other side of the kitchen (open space) is a large table for up to 16 persons and a large TV on the wall with satellite connection.
This floor is also accessible from the outside through a door leading to the veranda / porch.
In the basement there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
First floor (attic): large master bedroom with air conditioning, fridge and TV in the closet.
Also here there is a closet room and a bathroom with shower.
