All around the house there is a large garden of about 6.000 m2 partially fenced in where it will be exciting to organize delicious barbecues in the cool gazebo furnished with table and chairs, adjacent to the beautiful fenced swimming pool (size 5x10 m - depth 1,40 - 2,00 m) and a large solarium equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. At the edge of the garden, protected by a high hedge, is the house where lives the owner who, with his discreet presence, will be a point of reference for any needs or information.
Villa Cappuccini is the perfect union between modern and classic style, which well mixed make the villa extremely welcoming and charming, almost every room is characterized by handmade paintings and antique furniture.
