The villa, of recent reconstruction, is positioned on the hills next to the characteristic town of Castiglion Fiorentino, in the middle of the Chiana valley and Chio valley amidst nature and art.
Overlooking the wide expanse of the Val di Chiana, it offers a splendid view that is lost for tens of kilometers, and offers those who are lucky to stay here an unforgettable experience. The place, easily accessible, is located in the most classic Tuscan countryside, between olive trees and small vineyards, whilst a little bit higher start fresh woods of oak and chestnut trees.
The villa is an ideal place for those who want to spend a quiet vacation in a not too isolated place which lies only three kilometers from the town center. The house is surrounded by a lovely green space which hosts a splendid swimming pool with a charming gazebo for outdoor dining and barbecue. The decor is simple, functional but of a good standard and the interior is typical of our old Tuscan farmhouses.

The outdoor of the Villa consists of a private garden with olive trees all around the property. There is the patio with a table for al fresco dining.
Swimming-pool 12x6 meters and depth 1.5/2 meters open from 1 May to 1 October with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Guests can also enjoy a hot water shower and a small pool fountain.
There is a barbecue for grilling outside.

Beschrijving Interieur

The villa of 200 square metres develops on 2 floors.
The property on the ground floor has a spacious living area with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom is double and the other one has 2 separate beds which can be put together. One bathroom has a shower and the other a jacuzzi.
On the first floor there is another living room with small kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrom with shower. Also here the bedrooms are one with double beds and the other one with twin beds. In the twin room you also find a sleeping single sofa.

Slaapkamers

The Villa has 4 double bedrooms.
2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. One bedroom is double and the other one has 2 separate beds which can be put together. One bathroom has a shower and the other a jacuzzi.
On the first floor you have the other 2 bedrooms. Also here the bedrooms are one with double beds and the other one with twin beds. In the twin room you also find a sleeping single sofa. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower.

Badkamers

There are 2 bathrooms on the ground level. One bathroom has a shower and the other a jacuzzi. Upstairs there is one bathroom with shower.

Keuken

The kitchen lies on the ground floor of the Villa and is fully equipped. There is also another kitchen on the first floor from where you can access to the patio.

Zitkamer

The living area lies on the ground floor with entrance, reading corner and a cute fireplace with Satellite TV, DVD player, Stereo.
There is a further spacious living room on the first floor. From the living area you can access to the outdoor space.
