Casa Fiora is 830 m gelegen van Santa Maria Albiano (Italië), en slechts 17 km van Lucca. Casa Fiora is een fraaie stenen woning (140 m2) met privé zwembad en WiFi internet. De woning is comfortabel geschikt voor max. zes personen in drie slaapkamers en drie badkamers. Er is een golfbaan in de buurt als u een partijtje golf wilt spelen tijdens de vakantie. In de nabij gelegen dorpen zijn er lokale winkels waar u verse producten en ander koopwaar kunt vinden.Als u het nodige niet direct in de buurt kan vinden, is er een winkelcentrum op 12 km vanaf de woning waar u boodschappen en alles wat u nodig heeft kan aanschaffen.
Wat Staat U Te Wachten
Casa Fiora heeft twee panoramische terrassen die ideaal zijn om heerlijk buiten te eten. Een van de terrassen kijkt uit op het zwembad en het andere terras ligt aan de andere kant van het huis en dus er is overdag altijd wel ergens schaduw. Casa Fiora ligt vlakbij het huis "La Sorgente", een andere zeer populair huis in ons programma. De twee huizen kunnen samen worden gehuurd voor groepen tot 18 personen.
Wanneer u aankomt wordt u ontvangen door de eigenaar of beheerder en vindt u een fijne, schone en goed onderhouden woning met uitzicht over de heuvels ideaal voor een geweldige vakantie in Toscane. Hoe u de dagen ook doorbrengt - winkelen, met excursies, musea bezoek of rijdende door het prachtige landschap, zodra u thuis komt kunt u ontspannen samen met familie en vrienden bij het zwembad voor een perfecte afsluiting van nog weer een dag in Toscane. Als u van koken houdt is er een goed uitgeruste keuken met o.a. koffiezetapparaat, magnetron oven, broodrooster, fornuis en ijskast en natuurlijk voldoende servies en bestek voor tot zes personen. Als u liever buiten eet is er een veranda met tuinmebilair waar u van het weer kan genieten terwijl u buiten eet.

De meeste mensen houden ervan om dorpen en steden in de buurt te bezichtigen terwijl ze op vakantie zijn, dus ter referentie een lijst van populaire plaatsen met de afstanden (hemelsbreed) vanaf de woning: Lucca 17 km, Viareggio 21 km, Forte Dei Marmi 36 km, Pisa 37 km en La Spezia 76 km. De snelweg ligt op 8 km vanaf de accommodatie en er is een treinstation op 8 km.

Beautiful house, great location with stunning views. Well equipped and well maintained throughout. Two bathrooms upstairs and one down with excellent shower. Kitchen was a joy not that we ate in much as restaurants abound nearby. Lucca was a joy to visit and recommend the bicycle trip around town walls to see all. Swim pool was excellent but beware bees under foot!

Both Casa Fiora and Easy Reserve were absolutely excellent and we would highly recommend both.
Firstly, Easy Reserve is easy to do because you can pay online with a credit card. We have used other companies in the past where we had to do a bank transfer, which is messy and time consuming. This was done in 2 minutes from my desk. Wonderful service. Then it was followed up by personal emails from Lucy and Lucia, who were both incredibly helpful. Excellent service and I would definitely use them again.
Casa Fiora is magnificent!! It exceeds the photos on the website. It is beautifully decorated with high quality antiques and an attention to detail. It didn't feel like a rental at all. The owner obviously loves it and pays so much attention to all of the little details in the decorating and gardening. It felt like someone's much loved and cared-for home. It was well-kitted out and had everything we could wish for. The pool is wonderful! I had worried about it being unheated, as many are in Tuscany it seems, but I needn't have worried - it was the perfect temperature as the hot Italian weather heats it. If you were heating it, you would have set it to exactly that temperature. It was perfect! It is lightly salted, which is much, much nicer than chlorine. We were over the moon with it and everything in the house. There are 3 beds and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have showers and the other has a bathtub with handheld shower. More than enough for the number of rooms. They are not in the bedrooms as ensuites, which means everyone can share them, which is very nice. The kitchen is amply supplied too.
The location is absolutely perfect! It is 20 minutes to Lucca, about 35 to Pisa, less than an hour to Florence and an hour to Viareggio and Cinque Terre. It is up a winding road into the mountains, so you have a gorgeous view of the hills and you can see right down to Lucca. The pool has the most wonderful view of Lucca in the distance.
Nicoletta comes in to clean the house 3 times (mon/wed/fri). She is lovely!!! She will help if you need anything, and she even gives you a little local mobile phone in case you want to ring her. There is wifi there too.
One interesting thing. The notes said we needed to give the a 750 Euro deposit in cash upon arrival. Nicoletta was surprised at this and said we didn't need to. I'm not sure who is right, but hopefully she is right as it was annoying carrying around the cash during our pre-villa holidays.

This is a stunning place. Extraordinary views, amazing wildlife (the garden was FULL of fireflies), beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It takes a bit of finding - the road up the mountain is steep and wiggly - but the view across the valley is worth it. The housekeeper, Nicoletta, is great. We were greeted by vases of fresh flowers and bunches of herbs and she made us feel welcome and looked after. The pool is saline filtered, so no nasty chemicals and the garden is very pretty. Beds are comfy and amenities all work well. Highly recommended.
